I went for work for about 5 month and I found that the best of Westin is its people, always helpful and guess-oriented; they do their best to make you feel welcome. Breakfast at Market restaurant is good (not the best, It could offer more options) but the service from the receptionist and the waiters is one of the best...

Location is great for business and shopping. Concierge was fantastic with them standing cars, giving information and even lending me a usb cable. Perfect English spoken by the staff. For breakfast, food was good and service excellent. I didn't use the gym but it looked well equipped. The room was great, with a large bathroom and decent shower. The wifi...

The hotel is a great Westin with the whole nine yards white tea ambiance. Front desk attention is superb, rooms are a decorated green/wood/white it is nice the first time but could use a little color to brighten up the day.

For an American with very limited language skills (embarrassing, but true), the Westin Santa Fe is always a great place. This was my fourth stay and second review of the property. It continues to exceed my high expectations. Rooms are clean, comfortable and well appointed. Service is always prompt, friendly and helpful. Beds are comfortable and restaurant - although expensive...

Stayed Sun-Fri on business, well located for the corporates in the Santa Fe area. Rooms excellent, clean and modern. Staff on hand and always happy to help. First week of Jan so was pretty quiet, a lot of staff on in the restaurant for breakfast and dinner but ensured great service. Lots of restaurants in the immediate vicinity of the...

The massage service is pretty good. They've set a good, relaxing atmosphere. I enjoy spas very much and the overall experience is quite enjoyable. The therapists do have a professional attitude, but I think they could try and understand what you need/like before starting the massage. The amenities are good, not excellent. The steam room wasn't working, and the girl...

The bed was really nice and nice sky bar, but I've to give it only 3 stars because the front desk, depending on who you gets, were slow. Also once when I checked in, nobody helped me with my luggage but there were staff just standing and chatted with each other.

The Westin is one of the best in Santa Fe. It is modern and clean. Has a good gym, small pool, and nice deck. The breakfast is very good. Cant beat the location right near an indoor mall with great restaurants.
