We had a meeting in the hotel last week and it was my first visit to Mexico City - wow...! The hotel was very well equipped, the rooms and beds were comfortable - just note there are no baths in any of the rooms, although there is a swimming pool and a jacuzzi (which I didn't get a chance to...

The hotel is near of reforma/Chapultepec/polanco and some nice places to visit! I spend a great weekend, didn't like the spa much, maybe they need to changed a bit, looks old and is quite small but thé recepcionist was very nice and friendly, also more variety on the spa menú, the room has a great view and the main lobby...

The location of the hotel is outstanding. Very safe feeling in and around the hotel. The rooms are exactly what you would expect from a JW Marriott property, along with a decidedly local flair in the decor. What I cannot say enough about is the level of service. The check in process was prefect. No long wait, very pleasant people....

Stayed here during a conference. The rooms are large for a city hotel and are well decorated. I had a room on the 10th floor, I could hear the airco outside that cooled the entire hotel, but during the night the noise was not too bad. Almost everything is good in this hotel. As said room is large and the...

Nice hotel, although not up to the standards of other Latin American J W Marriotts. Our five day stay was punctuated by a series of small inconveniences suggesting a lack of focus on the overall customer experience. Examples include room clock off by three and a half hours, loose room door handle, detached wood molding on the closet door, no...

The hotel location is great...near Chapultepec Park in Polonco. A couple of Restaurants we dined at and a number of attractions were within walking distance. On the down side it was a 30 minute cab ride in horrific traffic to the Historic center (the Zocolo) to sightsee or go to dinner (though the ride back at night when the traffic...

I've been to JW twice so far and enjoyed both stays.
