Excellent room, however, a little smaller than expected. The location is great for a walk to Palanco or El Bosque. The staff is friendly and helpful, and the there are few great restaurants within the hotel. For convenience, Starbucks is right across the street as well as a small all-night convenience store. Basic gym has all the standard equipment including...

Where do I start? This hotel was beautiful, the location was great and it felt very safe. The staff probably provided the best customer service I've ever experienced, they were all so kind and immediately willing to help with any request we had. The breakfast buffet was excellent and had many options and lots of hot savory and sweet items,...

This hotel is located in the Polanco area with easy walking distance to many restaurants, and bars as well as Chapultepec Park and the Museum of Anthropology. The metro stop (Auditorio) is almost across the street. We arrived late in the evening. We used the Marriott online check in and the room was ready. Check in was quite fast. We...

The hotel was built almost 25 years ago. it was refurbished about three years ago. The bath tubs became showers and everything looks freshly painted, but is still feels dated and maintenance is a problem. The carpeting in the halls is dark and dingy . In the suite there was only one sink. The shades in the office sitting room...

If you are travelling for business, this is a great option, the rooms are really comfortable, clean, the best feauture is the great view towards Chapultepec woods and the majestic flag of México waiving with the wind. Room service is very expensive, you might as well go to one of the fine restaurants in Polanco. It has a nice gym,...

Surprisingly nice JW Marriot! Very well trained staff throughout the hotel, nice decor - not cookie cutter but enough 'local' references to make it visually interesting, very clean/nice rooms, good bedding, huge breakfast buffet and free wifi. Walking distance to the national museum of anthropology which I highly recommend for the building itself as much as the collections. Lots to...

J.W.Marriott is a beautiful hotel located in Polanco, surrounded by art galleries, the best restaurants in town, cafecitos, and after - hour places. Rooms are really good, and the restaurant can't be any better (please have the tacos de pato al pastor and tell me). Unfortunately Polanco is the place with the worst traffic nightmare you can imagine. Then be...
