At the Zocalo Central ... I got up early every morning have a delicious cappuccino made by Sergio who gave me some information about the city, the receptionist brought me the local newspaper (Milenio) to read. Later, I went to check out the hotel second floor and I found a steam room with clean towels that I really enjoyed after...

I have just spent 5 nights here. My first time in Mexico city and travelling alone (female). The staff here were fantastic, couldn't do enough for me. The location was perfect, so central with lots to do within walking distance. And the hotel itself is lovely, nice rooms and hreat restaurant. I would highly recommend it.

The room we booked was probably the smallest in the place and had no view, but we weren't there for that so it was okay. The water isn't drinkable for foreigners but that is the same everywhere in Mexico; the hotel stocks water on every floor in a mini-fridge and re-stocks the rooms daily with two large bottles. Clean, quiet....

Great location right in the historic district. So much architecture and so many museums, all within walking distance from the hotel. Other locations are only a very cheap uber ride away. We got all the way to the other side of the city for about $10Aud with uber. The hotel has a stunning rooftop bar and restaurant that overlooks the...

This is one of the best run hotels I have ever stayed in. Everyone is prepared and ready to help or advise. The professionalism starts the second you enter the hotel. The hotel is a seven floor 4 star hotel, located on avenue 5 de Mayo on the edge of Zocalo square. Most of the things you would want to...

First time in Mexico City. Lots of unkown especially rumor of being in danger I was always told. It was even more riculous that we thought about kidnapping. Initially we planned to book a US hotel so we would know what to expect, but eventually my friend picked this hotel, totally the best decision and turned out to much more...

An outstanding location for a short visit to Mexico City. Lots of great sights all within short walk. Great restaurants all around the area and the rooftop terrace at Hotel Zocalo is a great view of the Zocalo Square. The staff were extremely helpful, courteous, and hard working. Would definitely return to this place again.

We stayed at the Zocalo for four nights on a visit to Mexico City. It is located right in the center of the historical district where there is a lot to see. What impressed us most about this place was the staff. They quickly responded to any request for help we had. Example, as we landed we entered a room...

We just spent five nights at this hotel, checking out only this morning. The hotel is in a great location, just half a block from the main cathedral and presidential palace and a few short blocks from one of the main art museums in town. The rooms are simple but comfortable. The water is non-potable but the hotel provides ample,...
