We stayed here for 2 nights and got good memories. Superb location, right in the middle of tourist action. The staff is speaking English very well and very accommodating. The first room got an issue with bathroom ventilation and the staff worked it out nicely. Alejandra in the second shift of concierge desk was excellent in helping with tour arrangement,...

We celebrated our 30th wedding anniversary here in early December. Staff is superb. Patricia, Leslie, Chris, Eduardo, Tania all excellent. Arrangements for cocktail reception well organized and food above average. We visit Mexico City an average of once every two months and this is, by far, our favorite one. Location can't be beat and, if you can find a higher...

I visited Zocalo central in September and had an amazing time. Lots to see, lots of shops and restaurants. You can get a cleansing from the Native Americans which I highly recommend. Great place to shop and take pictures.

The hotel is ideally located for an exploration of the historic center of Mexico City. The hotel design and facilities are first class and the restaurant was outstanding. Try the tasting menu if you have a good appetite. Special thanks to Eduardo and the entire concierge team! They were knowledgeable, patient and helpful with our many requests.
