I stay in a lot of Holiday Inns and one reason is because they nearly always have. Gym with a bike in it. This one has a small gym, but no bike. Consequently I didn't do any exercise and was a bit peeved. The room to bad was very nice though and the food in the restaurant was pretty good....

My first time in Mexico City and took quite a while to decide on this location, but IHG hotels was my main choice while considering its value. There's another sister porperty in Reforma but this location works fine and easier to get around with subway or taxis. There were messages (or from other travelers) about this property but I didn't...

Only after making long stay reservations were we informed of repairs and renovations that the hotel was going through that would cause noise and dust. We now have very little time to change to another hotel with less noise levels.

Generally a good hotel. Typical for Holiday Inn's I have stayed at throughout the world. Pros: Staff at front desk, location and a generally quiet hotel. Cons: Wifi needs improvement (trouble keeping signal in my room), ice is only on one floor (2nd floor). The guys at the front desk spoke English and were helpful when I asked questions.

I've seen some poor earlier reviews. I stayed for 3 nights when in Mexico City on business and had no complaints, actually I liked the hotel and, having stayed in many Holiday Inns around the world, this one is fine. The whole franchising concept of Holiday Inn seemed to have fallen short at this property. One is that the hotel is all suites, which is nice.
