A very charming small-scale hotel - it's hard to believe it's part of the Starwood franchise given how boutique-y it is. The staff were very friendly and accommodating; service is terrific throughout. We once asked the concierge for advice on a great hole-in-the-wall taqueria, and the bellboy (who was going on break) walked with us 10 minutes to show us...

We spent 4 nights here on business / personal trip the 3rd week in January. From the minute we stepped foot in the property, we noticed that every staff member had a smile! They all called us by name every time we arrived or departed the hotel. Everyone smiles, has lovely conversations, impeccable service from start to finish. I had...

My husband and I have just spent one night at Las Alcobas on our way back to London. The room was absolutely delightful just as most other guests have stated. I really loved marble flooring throughout the bathroom area. Everything has been perfectly thought out. The entire set up from check in to wifi details in the room was flawless....

The hotel is lovely, the rooms are great and the staff are really amazing. We loved our room and the technology they have added to the rooms make them great fun. Free mini bar food is a nice touch and the shower is one of the best ever!! Only thing that was slightly annoying was the noise made by people...

Dear "DanJB39", Thank you very much for posting your comments on Trip Advisor. We are sorry for the inconvienience with the noisy people on Masaryk Avenue... It was effectively an exceptional situation that night, usually this kind of nuisance doesn't happen often. Our rooms are equipped with double glass windows... But it is true to say we are very well...

We stayed here twice on our trip to Mexico. We went on a 4 day trip to San Miguel de Allende and Morelia and only took one bag, leaving the other at Las Alcobas. On our return the bag was already in our room. During both stays the staff were exceptional, they all seemed to be friends with each other...

I have only positives for this hotel. I have just come back from Mexico and this hotel was our first stop before we travelled around the country. It was a great start to the holiday. Overall this is a very nice hotel. It's small, but the rooms are spacious, nicely decorated and very clean. And it's very conveniently located. My room had a large window but a friend with a comparable room (deluxe) says they had a tiny window with no light so probably best to check. The only caveat which is the reason why...
