This is the perfect hotel for anyone wishing to stay close to The Palace de Artes and Zocola. It's fair to say you know what to expect when staying at a Hilton such as a clean and functional room with no frills. We stayed in a Deluxe Club Room but felt slightly disappointed with the size, especially the dated bathroom... More

We stayed at this hotel November 16th to the 19th. From the minute that we got there all staff were attentive. We stayed in the Executive floor and had access to the Executive Lounge. Our room was 2627 and had views of Alameda Park and the city. The staff is friendly but will not engage with you as they formal... More

Stayed here several nights. This hotel is in a pretty good location for visiting the city. Within reasonable and safe walking distance of historical center locations. Service was excellent, as was the breakfast buffet. The room was nicely appointed, though older (for example, cracked sink, chipped tub). Three restaurants, only one open for dinner. The latter, Los Dones, was quite... More

I came here on business attending a conference. Hotel is in a great location but is old and dated. Staff is friendly but at times understaffed. They came to clean my room after I called at 3pm because it had not been done. Rooms are spacious but smell humid and need total makeover. Service was ok, food was not good.

Hotel located in the hustle and bustle of Mexico City with many local attractions at walking distance. The hotel service was excellent and the room was very nice. Comfortable beds. Prompt service by room staff. Very quiet, stayed on the 10th floor right above the patio restaurant and no noise in the room.

The staff are (generally) willing, but the plant is incredibly weak! The place is tired, the atmosphere is travelling business rather than leisure or class, and above all the rooms are stuffy and for that reason unusable. The spa is a con: we were told on arrival that the indoor pool would probable be returned to service the next day:... More

Staying in Alameda

Neighbourhood Profile
Alameda
This beautiful park was once the playground for the wealthiest families in the colonial era, and is now the perfect place where locals and visitors can spend a sunny weekend afternoon to relax or shop for souvenirs at the market. Kids can run around or grab a bite of cotton candy while teens and adults wander around admiring the charming gardens and the sculptures that adorn it. Once the heat rises, it may be time to visit one of the many cozy restaurants or cafés with its characteristic art nouveau facades to cool down and call it a day.
