Room is perfect: enough space, ecological stuff, perfect bed! Breakfast is delicious: local food well prepared on time! Location is also very good! People: I came from 2 others hotels that I had booked before using booking and when I arrived both were overbooked, so I couldn't stay there. In the end of the night, I found Patio 77 and... More

About half of my photos from my short trip to Mexico City were of this beautiful bed & breakfast! Such a cool building and beautifully decorated/designed. Highly recommended, super friendly staff, delicious breakfast. Good wifi too. Only complaint was that it was a little noisy in the morning as I was on the first floor next to the breakfast room-... Outrageously beautiful hotel on a nice street near downtown. We really lucked out on this hotel - we saw it on Tripadvisor and decided to book and I'm so glad that we did. It's not obvious from the street that there's a hotel there, which was a bit hard on our taxi driver, but once you're at the iron gate,... More

What a charming little place. If you are looking for a smaller more intimate experience for your next stay in Mexico City, this is it. From the minute you come through the front door, the place is charming old Mexico meets hip modern Mexico. If you want to experience the real Mexico City, this is a great place to do it. The setting is a charming old home, decorated in a contemporary, artistic taste, in a great location, convenient to everything, but away from the hustle and bustle of other parts of the city. The staff is nothing short of fantastic....helpful, informative, caring and... More

Arriving a day too early for the Mexican GP itinenary we made, we had to seek for a place to spend the night. Found this lovely B&B on Tripadvisor and booked it right away. Good and professional service and a great building. Breakfast was splendid and staff was very nice. It was like being in a home away from home.... More

We stayed for 2 nights and would definitely return there again. It's low key yet charming, the rooms are beautifully decorated and have high ceilings, the breakfasts were delicious and we loved the neighbourhood. I consider this a real find and will recommend it to my friends.

We stayed there for a total of only about 40 hours and did not take advantage of breakfast. We did take advantage of the services provided by one of their customer service folks, Giovanna.
