Our recent stay at the historic Hotel Geneve was so stress free that we needed to keep pinching ourselves to remind us that we were vacationing in one of the largest metropolitan cities in the world - and that the hotel staff kept everything in perspective, that we would be well taken care of both inside the hotel and out...

This hotel is full of history, grace and incredible service. Our host/concierge, Ariel, went above and beyond expectations to make our time there special. He helped us with arrangements for tours, restaurants, transportation, etc. Ariel shared his pride and knowledge of the hotel, and of the City, making for an even richer experience. The hotel is comfortable, lots of original...

On a recent stay in Mexico City I had a wonderful experience at Hotel Geneve circa 1907 in the Zona Rosa district. The hotel is like a museum with artifacts everywhere from it's long past, lovely old furniture, along with many photos of past guests like Churchill, Lindbergh and The Beatles. I had a junior suite with a very comfortable...

This a well priced hotel with a period feel because of the preserved wood walls, stunning library and historical artifacts in the lobby. We stayed for three nights while visiting Mexico City. The hotel staff were helpful with arranging taxis and providing a smooth check in and out. The room we had was a smaller regular room on the street...

Nice hotel Historic and well maintaned. Service is not so great. Breakfast was included on my rate but service is horrible. Food so so. The TV in my room was broken and took them several visits to find out what was wrong. Not a warming reception.

After lengthy reviews we chose this wonderful hotel in Mexico City. Trip Advisor normally reliable, was completely accurate on this fine old hotel. The building and entry are old world, the rooms a little dated but clean, comfortable and good value for money. The best feature of this excellent hotel are the concierge staff - these men plus the front...

We stayed here for 3 nights and this property definitely had its good points and not so good points. We booked a standard room with doubles and once the bellman showed us our room we weren't too pleased. Room was quite small and overlooked roof on side of building and was full of cigarette butts. We called the desk and...

The Hotel Geneve was an incredible experience. From the minute we pulled up in front we were impressed by its ambience and staff.
