Hotel is centrally & conveniently located in Zona Rosa. It is safe to walk outside the hotel which is few steps to various restaurants and 10-minute walk to several museums. Hotel also offers Mexican delicious breakfast buffet which is very affordable. English speaking staff is very professional and helpful. The air conditioned room we stayed with 2 full sized comfortable...

I come to Mexico often for work and I'm lucky as I always stay at Hotel Geneve. With a lovely staff, beautiful and classic decoration, this charming and authentic hotel will make you feel like you're back in time. Breakfast is served at a beautiful area with a vertical garden, old bird cages and great decoration where you can enjoy...

A very historical hotel with interesting exhibits in the lobby and the rooms have been updated to a very comfortable standard. Staff was responsive to all our requests. The restaurant is competitive with the nearby alternatives and if you're in a hurry you can have the buffet (seemed to be included for the business travelers) or order off the menu....

My girlfriend and I are from Cabo, and we came to CDMX for a concert. We booked this hotel because of its price and proximity to museums. I personally do not like large chain restaurants or hotels too much. Upon arrival we expected the hotel to be beautiful, but it surpassed our expectations. I have read other travellers on trip...

We picked Hotel Geneve for the location, but once we arrived we realised that there were plenty others to choose from in the area too. Our very early morning flight got us into the city much earlier than we expected, and the night staff allowed us to have a room at half-price which we were happy to use for a...

Concierge - They offer group or private tours to various destination. If you speak a little bit of Spanish ask for Victor. He is the best tour guide ever!...

Very good place. Like it very much! It is very convenient. It is close to market, restaurant and subway. The waiters are very kind. Most of them can speak English. Geneve is an old-world style hotel with doormen and porters anticipating your every move. The rooms, while a bit worn, are clean, roomy and comfortable. The patio restaurant serves very good Mexican fare. The staff here is first-rate: very helpful and professional. The Sanborn's shop and coffee shop next door are especially convenient too. The only knock is that the...

“Ask foe the back section. It has larger rooms and is quieter. At first they have us a 'delux' room in front that you could not access the closet and open a door at the same time. You jumped from bed to bed to make it through the room. When I asked, they found me a huge room in this back area. It was so much better. ”
