It’s quite good place. Hotel is located near (3 min walk) from metro Station Insurgentes and main streets Pasada de Reforma and Zona Rose. Room was clean and comfortable. We left tips in the room, but they never took it. The windows faced to inner court, so it was quiet in the room. I liked decoration in lift halls: hotel’s...

Average hotel in Mexico city, near Insurgente metro station. Honestly, I do not understand people in Mexico taking taxis, the city is always one big traffic jam, and metro, though crowded, serves pretty well. Insurgente square is surrounded by a number of cafes, bars, etc, many of them are gay. So if you want to find this sort of people,...

Having stayed in this hotel for about 2 weeks I can higly recommend it for anyone who is on a budget and would like to stay near the city centre and be well connected to the rest of DF at the same time. Yes, the area is a little bit dark and seems insecure at night, but me being a...

I was there to do some personal business. I told my friends and family that I was stasying there and gave out the number along with my room number. My family called but they could not get through. The problem being the hotel phone opperator could not speak english. Instead of trying to help she just hung up the phone....

It was loud at night, and the staff did not care. The food was mediocre. I had a different price written on my check-in card when I checked out than when I checked in. I asked the clerk about the change. I’ve never seen a hotel clerk with anything like his reaction. I have never been in a situation like...

Read the reviews, and was aware of the hotel from several visits to the City. First the room was too warm (Unusually warm for November) I asked twice for a fan for the room - no luck. I was told their was air-conditioning, but it only worked for about 4 hours over 4 days - and too noisy. No controls...

Excellent place to stay!!!! Pricewise, too good for the location and service. Really nice staff (Luis, Julian, Gabriel and Luis D.). Hotels across the street are twice the price for who knows what kind of service. Good meals/service/price at the restaurant, valet parking (don't forget to tip the bus boy when he/she brings the car out). Hot water, separated water...

Its a very good deal. Friendly staff, steps to subway. Ask for one of the rooms with a king size bed, which are much bigger than the other ones. It is very close to Zona Rosa and police station, but does not feel as safe at night as hotels actually in the Zona Rosa.
