You are definitely stereotyped and are looked up and down if you are not in business attire. I have never felt so uncomfortable checking in to a hotel EVER. I had some room issues and I was ok with moving but was instead told the problem would be fixed. Instead it was worse. I had to stay somewhere for the...

Try and reserve at this hotel and its by email only. Not a customer friendly system. Good luck to those who may not have access to email. What happened to old fashioned customer service? Neighborhood not great but hotel decent inside. Bad impression based on bureaocracy of front desk and reservations.

I enjoyed my stay in the Radisson Flamingos. The hotel is very well kept, secure and easy to access. No issues with my room or any hotel services. Exceptionally courteous staff, most of which spoke enough English to communicate well.

Medium walk to Ave.Insurgentes, Lots of restaurants, world trade center and Mexico City Metrobus. If taking Metro, use SanPedro de los Pinos station. Station Tacubaya is too crazy and difficult to manuver outside. Also more dangerous.

Good location -easy access to Metro to get anywhere in the city especially metro is very cheap- appro 4 peso per trip.Hotel is upmarket with nearby supermarket and mercado to replenish sustenance and shopping. It comes across as a safe suburb. If need be, could burn off some extra Calorie in hotel gym. Staff also very friendly and helpful if your...

While attending a seminar at this hotel I saw the difference in the quality of the staff compared to the Holiday Inn Express where I stayed the day before moving to the Radisson. No accountability, no willingness to serve, poorly trained staff

Hotel rooms are fine, but the neighborhood is rough-so you have to travel everywhere to get to the places you would want/need to go. The hotel seems geared to domestic--not international travelers. The bureaucracy in the hotel to charge nearly anything to your room required a visit to the reception desk to sign 3-5 copies of paperwork.

Don't care about special needs. Handicap floor doesn't have outdoor windows, totally dark rooms and depressing. I needed to put some meds and special milk in a cool place, they did't have any small refigerators in the hotel, they told me to hand it to them so they could keep it in a cool place, that is not an option,...
