The staff was friendly and helpful - most of them speaking fluent English. The adjacent restaurant has a fantastic brunch every morning. There is free self-parking. The rooms are clean. The showers were very good. No complaints. The location is only a few blocks from the Avenue de Reforma. I would return there and recommend it to anyone.

Although we booked a room for there, we got one for two. Next day, I showed our reservation and the receptionist promised us to add a bed. In the evening, we still had no third bed. Another receptionist told us that Roms were available for there for some surcharge. I did. not do but filed a complaint. We did. not...

When my husband and I travel we take organized tours, and we need a hotel that is large enough and sufficiently well- known that the tours will pick us up there - that's why we picked this one, it was the least-expensive ($57/night) on our tour operator's list. As we approaches the hotel we liked the neighborhood's wide tree-shaded streets...

I'm a no frills person, so I'm not looking for greatness in a hotel. The staff was easy to work with and some spoke English. The rooms were very clean, though the beds were very hard. It is located on a nice quiet street, but walking distance to some great attractions. There are plenty of places to eat within a...

The only good thing: people are friendly. It is a very old hotel. And six of the seven friends who were staying at the hotel, experienced a great problem: we got stomach ache and we had to see a doctor three days after leave the hotel.

I used to stay at the Bristol for business at least twice a month a few years ago. I just came with the family for a weekend at the big city and found the Bristol unchanged in a good way, same good, no frills service, great Mexican food at the restaurant, and clean rooms. WIFI is free now, and the...

I've been there twice. The first time I didn't like it but I decided to give it a second chance as it was convenient for my meetings. I was proved wrong. Second time was even worse than the first. Very old hotel, slow internet, not a proper chair in the room to sit down if you want to use your...

I stayed here for a week with work. The location's great as it's within easy walking distance of lots of restaurants, a nice park and a number of tourist attractions. The rooms are very clean, the customer service is fantastic and it felt safe with double locks on the doors and clearly marked emergency exits. Any problems you have they...

We stayed two nights enroute to Oaxaca. We arrived after midnight and found the security was very good. We were checked in promptly and our luggage was immediately taken to our room. We wanted to get something to eat and got a map and directions to a nearby Sanborns. We walked and felt completely safe with a strong police presence...
