I like the place - old school hotel in the business center of Mexico City. reasonable prices - clean rooms - big lobby - breakfast buffet very good - only the coffee is a little bit boring. the corridors are spooky - the rest very good price-value staff helpfully

This hotel is really old I have found everything old and dirty. I found three times cockroachs in the washroom I wouldn't come back beside that my first night was bad as well since my neighbors were really noisy you can imagine why I think it is more like a mothel not hotel.

We stayed here twice , first on the penthouse which was fine if a little tired, and the second time on the fourth floor which was fresher and more modern. Rooms are very spacious, there's a bath (luxury after a long flight), and it's in a good location. Staff were friendly and helpful.

if you need to go for an appointment in the US embassy i can bet this is the best selection because is a couple blocks away and price is very good. I made about 15 minute walk to the Visa Services Facility and about 10 minutes to the embassy.

The hotel is well located, close to the beautiful Paseo de la Reforma. It is not far from the Museo Arqueologico, which me and my husband went on foot on a nice Sunday morning in less than half an hour. It is not new but the rooms are large and comfortable. The attendants are polite but not very efficient. There... More

We like this hotel. It is nice, clean and conveniently located. The restaurant is nice and everyone is cortious...no complaints... Note: the one thing -not the hotel's fault- is the taxi drivers they have outside of the hotel. They are thiefs and will charge you way more than what the ride is actually worth...keep that in mind!

The staff was friendly and helpful - most of them speaking fluent English. The adjacent restaurant has a fantastic brunch every morning. There is free self-parking. The rooms are clean. The showers were very good. No complaints. The location is only a few blocks from the Avenue de Reforma. I would return there and recommend it to anyone.
