My husband and I are impressed with the customer service at the hotel. From the bellman to waiting staff at the hotel restaurant, they are all very courteous and quick to respond to our need. We loved their buffet breakfast/lunch every day while we stayed there for a week. Food was yummy and authentic, with healthy choices to meet our...

I was there for 4 days and we booked it because it came with wifi. well, their wifi sucks. I told the receptionist and they said they will look at it. It made my job harder since I had reports to submit. I left 2 necklaces on TV stand and they have not been responsive on my emails. I sent...

I have stayed in Hotel Century Zona Rosa at least 10 times in the past two years. The hotel is located just a few blocks from Metro Insurgentes right in the heart of Zona Rosa and nearby Bosques de Chapultepec, Polanco, Condesa/La Roma. The staff always treats you with respect. The view from the rooftop is beautiful. The garden tub...

Checked in last week and was charged for six day stay before going to my room. After unpacking in my very small room on the 18th floor, i pulled back the blanket and saw a live roach in my bed. I killed it and told the desk to which they offered no apology but a different room. Since this was...

We had stayed a few nights at the Hotel Geneve - which was fabulous! - but were looking to save a few dollars for our last few nights. We landed on Hotel Century and have been nothing but pleased! The staff is abundant and very friendly. The rooms are very clean and adequate. There's a tiny, warm pool on the...

After having our flight cancelled (AeroMexico I'm talking about you) we took a taxi from the airport for about 30 minutes to get to Hotel Century. The room was circular as was the bathroom. It was half cool in a disco-y way, half scary in a Saw way. There were couches inside the room and a frighteningly long drop outside...

The rooms are circular and very charming. Everything was clean. The bathroom was nice, with a large circle bathtub. The wifi worked well. The staff were very nice and helpful. We had breakfast off the menu in the restaurant and they were nice enough to make me a beautiful fruit and yogurt dish, even though it wasn't on the menu....

Really good location with everything being very close, plus the tour buses are very close. The only bad thing is only one elevator worked so it was very bad having to walk to floor number 10 because of the big line for the elevator. The other bad thing is that the lobby is small so it gets crowded easily. The...

Thanks for your comment, we'll be sorry about the inconvenience to get out of one of our elevators, this is due to the maintenance schedule that applies to our equipment to provide a safe and efficient service, they are currently both working. We transmit your cooment about the size of the lobby and balconies to our General Manager .

5 star quality and service. Close to many restaurants and plenty of walking options. Although the Zona Rosa is not what it used to be, the location is excellent. It had parking lot, room service, air conditioning, etc. The linen and beds are very comfortable and the bathrooms spectacular.
