We stayed here for 4 nights on a recommendation from a friend. The location is really terrific. There is a metro station not too far away. There are some great restaurants within walking distance, not to mention 2 Starbucks. For our stay, straightaway, we knew that this wasn't going to be your 'average' stay. When we arrived at the hotel,...

...the hotel needs to be renovated and the staff service at both concierge and reception was the slowest I have ever experienced! V good location in the Polanco area, best thing was the breakfast: not huge offer but all very good, low fat options and kind & efficient waiters included.

Rooms in process of renewal, which is good because the hotel is somehow old. Location is very good, close to many restaurants and in a quiet part of Mexico City. To be a big hotel, some common areas like breakfast area are not big enough, by other hand the bar area is quite open and spaceful. People in service and...

I stayed here for an extended period of time for an business project and enjoyed all the amenities offered. My rooms were comfortable, clean, and appealing. I tried most of the restaurants in the hotel and they were pretty good - especially the Italian cuisine. However, they were expensive in any country's standards. There was a Starbucks store 1.5 block...
