I was staying in a budget hotel and decided to spend my last night in Mexico somewhere nicer and did this place live up to my expectations. The location is great, it is barely a 2 minute walk to the historical centre. The newly renovated rooms are great, and it was a huge for the single room. If you're lucky...

An excellent hotel given location, size of room, amenities and price. It is all that we require given we are out sightseeing every day. All is clean and the staff are helpful. There is a very good tour desk who are on the ball.

My wife and I had a wonderful time visiting Mexico City, and our stay in the Hotel Catedral was a pleasant experience. This hotel is a bargain, with great service, a fine restaurant, clean, comfortable rooms, and a bright, marbled foyer with full tour services. It is located next to the Spanish Embassy, within walking distance to the Zocalo, Templo...

This hotel has so many wonderful features. The location is only one block from the Zocalo and metro. It's very near museums, churches & restaurants. It's modern & clean. The room I had was comfortable & quiet. The reception & concierge & busboys were all friendly & helpful. A big shout out to all of the Breakfast room staff, including...

Just visited the restaurant in the hotel situated right in the reception of the hotel. The personnel was very kind and professional. Everything clean. The food was excellent, one of the best we ever tasted in Mexico. I highly recommend it if you want to try a real Mexican food. Thanks to the Chief of the restaurant Rosa Cocoletzi.

Nice hotel. Had booked a triple and got a double. The hotel was full so got it the second night. Great bellboy, Manuel Hernandez, made our stay very pleasant. In general the staff was great. Full breakfast included in the price, nice waitresses, great location.

We stayed at the Hotel Catedral for 9 nights. Everything was great. I have no suggestions for improving our experience. The hotel was spotlessly clean and they were continually washing windows, carpets; polishing wood and metal; dusting. The entire staff was warm, friendly, helpful. Breakfast was a delight. They had a buffet area with a different prepared items every day...

The hotel is two blocks from Mexico City's Zocalo (cit center). Service is good. The rooms are comfortable and have all the necessary amenities. The rates are really convenient and include Mexican breakfast. For a city like Mexcio City, the relationship between price and quality is well above average! (US $ 50.00 / night), full breakfast included.

Nice hotel in the old centre of Mexico-city. It is only a two-minute walk to the main square, the Zócalo. Especially for a first visit this is a great location, as it is only two passes away from the most important sights. It looks like the hotel has been recently refurbished, at least the room I stayed in was modern,...
