Nice comfortable rooms, clean ample bathroom with great water pressure in the shower, soft comfy bed. Very good breakfast buffet. This feature perhaps better than many others. Wifi works well and even the free...

This Hyatt is located in a lovely neighborhood with a lot of restaurants within easy walking distance. Our room was comfortable, clean and quiet. We got a room overlooking Chapultepec Park and the view of the city was a highlight. Breakfast was good as was the service. I would stay there again.

The in-house restaurant is actually very good with an attentive wait staff. (I would like to single out a waiter named...

I travel so often to Mexico and this is the best hotel in the block. Excellent service, beautiful lobby, amazing location. The rooms are nice, normal size great pillows. I recommend to walk to Polanquito and find any of the great options for dining just two blocks away.
