The staff at HRMC really care about their guests. From check in to check out staying at this location, whether for business or pleasure is a very gratifying experience. Rooms are smaller than other Hyatt locations but they offer all relevant services.

My Company has selected this hotel for us to stay in on a regular basis. The staff are without exception friendly, warm and genuine. The rooms comfortable, clean and of a good size with a desk and excellent Marble Bathroom. Few TV channels in English but the fast wifi made up for this. Possibly one of the best breakfast buffets...

We spent 6 nights at the Hyatt Regengy last December /January, including the new year party. We were expecting a impersonal treatment typical in big hotels chains, but surprisily we had too much attention. We arrived around 6:00 AM (check in is jus at 2:00PM), but they provided us a apartment immediately for check in with no extra cost. Besides...

I stayed at the Hyatt Regency for 4 days and it was nothing short of amazing. The hotel is beautiful and located in a very safe area of Mexico City. The staff is very professional and very helpful. Whether you speak to them at the front desk or run into them in the elevator, they are always asking how they...

Had a good overall experience at the hotel. It's stunning and clean and overall well kept. The staff is attentive and the customer service is on par with a 5 star hotel. I did have a few minor hiccups, but again the staff came to the rescue and made everything better. Rooms were clean and bright, food in the hotel...

The first nights we stayed in a twin room, very small ( no way two sharing a bed), but cozy, clean and silent. Don't come with high standards. Second couple of nights, I paid an upgrade; upgrade to a room with chewing gum in the floor and the lamp about to colapse. Breakfast is included with the upgrade, but the...

I will certainly share your words with our Housekeeping Department. On the other hand, I am surprised to read that you...

Unfortunately, unlike my previous stays at the hotel, this time the hotel staff (with one exception) were far from their best game. When I arrived for checkin at the executive floor at 12am, the only one to great me was the butler Carlos Rivero; the checkin staff arrived and had me waiting for nearly 30 minutes. Once I was checked...
