Our family enjoys staying at Hyatt hotels because we consistently receive excellent customer service. Although there were many outstanding staff during our week stay at the Hyatt Regency in CDMX it is worth acknowledging Armando Rosales, Concierge, who repeatedly provided us with expert advice and...More

I am glad to know that you enjoyed your time in Mexico City and your stay in our hotel and as you mentioned, that you had found everything you need to have a more memorable and delightful stay in this beautiful city.
Unless standards are woefully lower in Mexico City than elsewhere, this alleged 5-Star hotel, which charges 5-Star prices, does not deserve a 5-Star ranking.

Poshness defines Polanco, this wealthy neighborhood retains elegance unmatched elsewhere in Distrito Federal. Brunch in the Polanquito area, then keep up with the latest fashion trends in luxury boutiques around every corner. Top it off with beautiful cafés and restaurants that surround Lincoln Park, a treat to the senses thanks to the art decó architecture and high quality gourmet cuisine found here.

I arrived early week day afternoon and booked a viator car transport. They were wonderful and met me with a sign upon exiting. It took 45 minutes to the hotel and traffic was amazingly light for Mexico City. I would say an hour plus at most other times from the airport.

This is a large hotel which has a nice restaurant and bar. Polanco is the nicest section of Mexico City with lots of nice restaurants and shopping. I used uber or walked. Do not use taxis outside of the hotel stand
