The entire hotel looks new, clean and modern. The most important experience was the great quality of the entire staff. The hotel is well located with public transportation just steps away. The neighbour offers a lot of Museums, Restaurants and top class shops.

Stayed at the Hyatt Regency, on a business trip, for 7 nights in May 2917. The hotel is very nice and was convenient for the place of business. The staff were all very polite and helpful. The fitness centre is well equipped and maintained and the restaurants provide well presented and cooked food. The only downside being that of the...

Great Location. Beatiful Lobby, well equipment Gym. Poor Room. Professional Staff, good for business, and dinner. The Room was very poor: bad value for money. In safe area, good Wifi service. Good ground transportation.

My significant other and I stayed here for 3 nights it was great. I just loved everything about this hotel. Although I would say that the transport service at the hotel is a bit on the pricey side, we took local transport it was cheap and comfortable.

The Hyatt hotel in Mexico City is as on expects from Hyatt hotels. Breakfast is amazing and the entertainment in the weekends is high class. The most special are the Japanese restaurants inside the hotel... outside of Japan, these are one of the best I have seen so far. Recommended
