Hotel has small but clean pool on roof with seating or loungers for 24 people, pool 6ft deep, great views. Hotel does a great buffet breakfast in manhatten restaurant also a good Starbucks in hotel with great tea. Staff at hotel all very friendly and helpful. Tours can be picked up from hotel to most sites, little pricey but good....

Centrally located (you can - if you want to - walk to almost all points of interest), this hotel greets you with a sharp looking lobby and friendly staff. Then you get to your room and any grandness is gone. The room is tiny and and the bathroom even smaller, Limmited counter space and thin towels (the kind you get...

This hotel has been a landmark for quite a long time and there certainly are newer and more slick places around. Nevertheless, the Maria Isabel provides really good comparative value. It is very well located, within walking distance of the historical centre and literally hundreds of restaurants. Getting there from the airport is dead easy, as every taxi driver knows...

In town for business and this central spot is near many great restaurants and is very secure. The staff are all bilingual at least and super friendly. How many times have you been greeted with a shot of Mexico's finest? Well I did not drink it until the next day.... The hotel restaurants were fantastic and oh did I mention...

This is a good hotel in an excellent location that's starting to get a bit worn out. Good for business trips but you still get dinged for the daily internet fee. Staff are very friendly, experienced and helpful - which is a good thing if you the air conditioning control gets stuck, which it did. The technician came up right...

The hotel location is great but, as far as I'm concerned, that's about it. The lobby is dark, old (and not vintage, just old) with little space to sit. Concierge and reception staff are a little detached and not always up to the standard one would expect from such a renowned chain. My room, on the 22nd floor, was simply...

Staying here for a five day visit to Mexico City, this hotel is in a great location, safe, close to lots of shops and bars. The hotel feels in need of modernisation, everything worked as it should, but times have moved on along with customer's expectations, that said there is a pleasant old world charm to the place. The front...

Nice hotel in a prime location. Efficient check in (staff throughout are friendly and helpful, and most speak good English) recommend joining Starwood Preferred Guest program before booking as this could lead to benefits such as free wifi and breakfast. Hotel is very cheap compared with equivalent hotels in other countries. Nice bar serving a limited range of meals. Amici...
