As expected a Sheraton was very upscale. It was much more expensive than we wanted but we needed reservations on short notice and someplace where we could walk to sights. It is in the hotel district but much farther from Belles Artes etc than we expected.

It's a nice hotel considering the building facilities, restaurants, location, rooms, gym, tennis courts, but some personal in the from desk are no costumer orientated, they need to take costumer care courses...the location of this hotel is great, the wifi connection in the room and in all the hotel are the worst in all my trips for different hotels around...

Nothing really to complain of. Comfortable room, outstanding view to Independence monument, good service, quick wi-fi, delicious breakfast. Not so good: hotel is a little bit tired, the bathroom has seen better days. Both room and bathroom had poor ventilation, the air was humid in the morning.

Conveniently located, this hotel offers an extraordinary service. All the staff is well trained and used to deal with an international and sophisticated clientele. We really enjoyed our stay there, in a very cosmopolitan urbe.

The location of the hotel is superb, right in front of the Monumento del Angel. Many sites, like Chapultepec Park, museums and shopping are walking distance. The staff is very friendly, professional and most helpful. It has all the amenities one can need for a great stay, from the rooftop pool, a great fitness center, and an elegant bar in...

Great location for the offices around Reforma. Positives: Built in a grand style giving an air of luxury; realistic room rate; comfortable beds and nice cotton linen; great WiFi; Breakfast buffet is quick and adequate; Service is very good and the staff are excellent. Negatives: Hotel needs attention in a few places. For example, my bathroom was pretty poor to...

I travel on business half the year and I have stayed at this Hotel several times before. As book corporate rooms but this time they gave a an old very small room with no view. The carpets were extremely old and worn down.. this is not corporate level. In addition they ask you to pay for wifi which is insulting....

We spent two nights and enjoy every moment at the hotel. Breakfast is really good and the night at the bar on Friday is special for the Mariachi Band. Rooms clean, shower OK. Internet paid in the room and slow. The traffic is crazy and super slow in Mexico city. Take that into consideration for your sightseeing or appointments

My stay at the Sheraton was for 9 days in November 2016. Registration was busy when I arrived but reception went through the queue to sign in quite quickly. The room was spacious and modern. Breakfast is 'standard' international Hotel chain stuff but OK and the staff were friendly. The surrounding area is OK but could be a little noisy...

We stayed in a room on the 17th floor this November, 2016. The room was spacious with two full beds, ample pillows and linens, and a very pretty view. The staff were fantastic from our entry to the hotel at checkin until check out. We asked the desk staff and bellboys about local eating taquerias and their advice was excellent....
