The suite room we stayed was rather smaller than I expected. But the location of the hotel was really good for shopping as well as sightseeing. They have a very kind butler and receptionists on the 18th floor. The breakfast buffet was excellent, fresh and delicious.

Nice bright rooms with a large comfortable writing desk and very good beding. Hotel is perfect located in the financial district of the city and close to the historical city. Do not expect gourmet food in the restaurants of this hotel. Breakfast is somehow ok.

This was my 2nd time staying here and I'm happy to say that I will return. The first time I stayed here we were able to get a room with a view of the Angel. Not so this time but the hotel staff are very attentive and friendly. The bellman Effrain was exceptional. The best thing about the hotel is...

I was rather disappointed in this hotel. It is in a prime location and has a nice Starbucks cafe. the room that I stayed in on the 18th floor had a rather outdated bathroom. It took ages for the hot water to come and the shower was the complete opposite of a power shower. Also the toilet was separate from...

The room was large with standard decoration. Wifi worked quite good all the way to the front street, useful to hop into an uber. Water plumbing noise was too loud, specially if...

The hotel is located walking distance from many restaurants and touristic areas of the city, you don't need to rent a car which is a blessing while visiting the city. As a loyalty member I was offered a room in the floor reserved for members; it was clean and spacious, but the feedback from other teammates traveling with me that...

I had a very pleasant 2 night stay. Rooms were clean and very comfortable. For me the best was the breakfast with great choice and excellent variety and quality of products. They make a very good omelette and have lots of fresh juices. Would recommend and stay again.

We had a club room, which meant free breakfast in the club every day, and although we only paid for the first 2 nights with cash, and the next 3 with points, we kept the same room and club access all 5 nights. Breakfast was a delight, with plenty of fresh fruit, including berries, bananas, etc. The staff was very...
