I really wanted to love this hotel. But a few things kept that from happening. Here's the summary: + Great location. Not on Reforma, but on the Rapid Bus line that gets you there in just a few minutes. This is clean and efficient. Also sits above a mall, with supermarket and is adjacent to a giant Wal-Mart. The hotel is on the freeway to the airport. + Very clean. The maids were friendly and hard working. The place is spotless and clean! + Quiet. I was on the top floor and heard zero noise from neighbors or the street. + Price. The rate was excellent as a frequent guest of Fiesta Rewards. (-) The room is bare bones. There is no refrigerator (so no storage for the supermarket in the mall). Ice, glasses, cups, are all on request and must be delivered. (-) Major problems with the air conditioning. The window does not open, so you must rely on A/C 100%. The problem is that the central air conditioner will not get cold. It only gets cool. I had to sleep on top of the bed, and the hotel engineer would not fix it. Even if it is cool at night, you will be warm since you can't open the window and the hotel A/C is limited. The hotel should run more chilling equipment 24/7.…
the value of this hotel is unreal. Well worth every penny. Staff was friendly the hotel was up to date and modern. Beds were comfortable, and the balcony view was off the charts. The only thing i wish they had was a pool, other than that its amazing.
This hotel is located inside a busy mall/public transit station. The area feels safe for travellers. The front desk staff were efficient and courteous. Hotel is clean and modern. Room was comfortable and the bed/pillows were very good.
This is a great place. I'm mad about the time I've spent staying on/near Reforma. For the same price or less there is the amazing hotel. It's sleek and modern. The rooms are very quiet from the city noises below, even on a Saturday night. You can see the entire skyline from my 4th floor room. There are a few different forms of public and private transportation available. There is general entertainment provided next door at the Forum. It's also not far from many attractions. Honestly, my only complaint is they don't respect do not disturb signs. They started knocking on every door around 9am. This is the only noise I've heard since arriving. I couldn't tell they were tapping on my door but it was opened and quickly closed. This has happened 2 more times about an hour apart. Apparently, it's to check who's in their rooms. I would hate to think they'd check us out simply because we went out to breakfast or something.…
Great place to stay if you want to get around easily in Mexico City. I'm a Londoner who speaks zero Spanish and the staff were very accommodating. Modern hotel located next to a shopping centre with great transport links. I would definitely recommend!
