I love this hotel! It is very close to the Zocalo, but not so close that the bells from the Cathedral wake you up. The hotel is in a beautiful old building and has an amazing stained glass "floor" over the atrium. The staff could not have been more welcoming and helpful. A special thank you goes out to Omsheila...

It was a relief to get to this hotel after a gruelling journey that had culminated in a seemingly never ending taxi ride from the airport ( pre-booking this is recommended ). A reasonably efficient reception checked us in and we were secure in our rooms quickly. The hotel is arranged around an enclosed atrium with balconies to each floor....

The hotel stay was enjoyable. We were able to request a decent room which was quite. The staff was attentive but did not advise fully on all transportation options. If staying at this location, inquire about the TOUR BUS that travels 4 separate routes in teh city. It was discovered accidentally on our last day.

The location is perfect for travelling, very center in the city. This area is safe even after midnight, quite busy during the day time. The buildings in this area have a long history and it's pretty enjoyable to see. Very good value for using Hilton points since it is CAT2, the only other CAT2 better than this is Doubletree Beijing....

We were in Mexico City on business. I have been to the city at least 10 times in 2 years and have stayed at many hotels. This hotel is a gem very close to the Zocalo. Staff were excellent. Rooms were comfortable and clean. You can spend 3 times the amount and stay at a Reforma hotel; but why. There...

This is the second time in a month we have stayed at this hotel. It is in a great location (5 min walk to Zocalo). The staff were all without exception excellent, really helpful, friendly, a pleasure to deal with. The hotel has self service washing and drying machines which were a great help. It can be alittle noisy on...

"Atrium" view rooms are small and have essentially no window. I moved rooms after my first night in the hotel, which was annoying. I blame Hilton Honors in the US for this mishap! They should have made me more aware of the accommodations before I booked! Hotel staff was great and accommodating through the stay. Very safe place.

Perfect location near the zocalo, the hotel is clean and offers great free breakfast and wifi. The staff is professional and bilingual, and concierge was very helpful. There is also a wonderful roof deck, and two adjoining restaurants. I would highly recommend this hotel.

Perfectly located near the historic center of Mexico City. The building is old but its maintenance is acceptable. I had a major problem: the was no water in the hotel during my stay! I could not use the bathroom at all. Their solution was to bring me buckets with water. I had to go somewhere else.
