A gem of a hotel. Perfect for families with kids. Within 5 minutes walk of the Zocalo, 15-20 minutes walk to Palacio de Bellas Artes. Close to Madero which is a lively pedestrian-only street. Numerous casual, fine and street food dining options. Gorgeous hotel with a spacious terrazza, complimentary laundry and dryer (super important), has a gym and office. Not...

We stayed at Hampton Inn in early February 2017. The hotel is conveniently located in the center of the city, in walking distance from the zokalo. The architecture and interior design is quite impressive. The staff is friendly, and our room was rather spacious and clean. Unfortunately, breakfast was a desaster. They always ran out of cups, and when someone...

We arrived here after a tiring journey from Cuba and were very happy with the suite we had. The staff were helpful and friendly and the hotel is very close to the Zocalo. It also had a free self service laundry room which was very useful after our time in Cuba. Breakfast was OK and coffee was freely available in...

Very happy with this hotel. Very attentive staff (great concierge), fantastic location (right in the middle of everything), beautiful atrium, great rooftop, very good breakfast buffet. Highly recommend and would stay here again.

Staff were absolutely wonderful. Reasonable breakfast, great wi-fi, nice roof top lounge. Location is superb and the historical section of Mexico City was fantastic. Only spent one night but would definitely return to this hotel again if in town.

This hotel had showers with water that was not hot enough and phones that did not work properly. It was not possible to dial out even though the instructions next to the phone said I could. The manager came into my room while I was sleeping claiming he had been instructed to open the room safe. Avoid this hotel, it...

Friendly and kind staff. Good for both business and leisure as it is right in the downtown of the city. Lot of history around. Due to nature of my visit couldn't try all amenities but had good rest an quick start / out of downtown early next day.

Great & safe location, accommodating and friendly staff. Very comfortable beds. I love the Hilton's comforters! Complimentary breakfast would have been better if staff kept items hot and stocked & were more helpful. Do NOT sleep in room 102 - very loud and odors from kitchen. Traveling with family, 6 rooms total plus the 2nd room that we were transferred...

This is probably the loudest hotel I have ever stayed at. I could not get a moment of sleep for three nights. It is not the hotel's fault that it is a crazy city, but they could at least change and modernize the the windows to double glazing which would solve the proplem. You can even hear people talking in...
