We spent 9 nights at the Marriott Reforma and were pleasantly surprised by the overall quality of the hotel. The staff was exceptional. Andon and Fernando were attentive to our every need. The hotel is well located, very clean and recently remodeled. The gym and Spa are top notch. You won't be disappointed here!

What an excellent hotel in a prime location! Room was fantastic with a great view of the Paseo de la Reforma (Room 917). There was a couple of hiccups but they were taken care of quickly. The TV was disconnected but once guest services was called someone immediately arrived to check it out. Of course, we weren't there to watch...

Always a great hotel with the type of service you expect from a Marriott hotel. Perfect location for business and pleasure. Juan and Joel in the executive lounge are truly exceptional. They immediately try to remember the guests and what they like. If you have access to the lounge, go visit them!

Very nice hotel in a great location. I stayed at the JW before, but wanted to be closer to the neighborhoods Condesa and Roma. You get what you pay for. The hotel is clean, well located, safe, clean, and the service is impeccable. The rooms are well equipped but not very big. Views are not always the best. Recommended if all you want is a convenient business hotel, but don't expect luxuries.
