10/10 hands down! We loved our stay here, and in Guanajuato. La Casa de Dante was wonderful from start to finish. Our room was terrific, with an artistic mural on the wall. We reserved a private room. It was a little expensive but it exceeded our expectations and was totally worth it. The breakfast was absolutely one of the best...

Probably one of the best hostels.  Very nice 15 minute walk out of town and 150+ stairs to tackle, so this place is not for everyone but the location is part of the charm.  I felt it was perfect for a return visit to Guanajuato.  The Centro is nice but you need to be away from it to appreciate this...

Everything about this hostel looks as though it was carefully and well planned out. So many floors, corners and terraces for relaxing. Beautiful decor, outstanding view of the whole town!! Staff are so cute and friendly, included breakfast which is definitely a highlight. Can choose what you want from two options and they cook it fresh for you with juice,...

What good fortune to have a local Mexican friend recommend this amazing small hotel tucked away in a city of colorful charm, climbing up stairs in a narrow alley in the beautiful city Guanajuato. I was delighted by my hot pick room with a wonderful Katrina mural over the bed and a stunning panoramic view of the city. The details...

Casa de Dante is well located, very clean, and comfortable. It's a ten minute walk to the historical center of town. There is a rooftop terrace which offers incredible panoramic views of Guanajuato. Dante is very helpful and welcoming. There is also a team of ladies who prepare breakfast every morning. Best breakfasts I've had at a hostel or hotel!

Loved my stay here. The room was well decorated and comfortable. There are large lockers and several keys such that your stuff feels secure. Breakfast was fantastic and welcoming. This entire place is a work of art with the best views. I loved sitting on the roof top. There were other travelers from around the world staying here. My biggest...

1. The breakfast is home cooked by an older Mexican lady, who was extremely friendly. She would always ask, Quieres Uno Mas? (Do you want one more) 2. The view from the patio is amazing, however, it comes at a cost (many stairs to climb to get to the hostel), and the hostel is a 15 min or $5 USD...

I stayed there one night. Dorms and cleanliness were as expected. Towel, soap and shampoo are provided and included in the price. Breakfast was great! They try to make it personal, by asking you how you'd like your eggs or by decorating the food in your plate in a way that represents your flag, for example :) The people who...
