The hotel is in the perfect location, BUT the room was so small that a you literally had to turn sideways to get in the bathroom. The room was in poor repair with the lamp hanging off of the wall and you had to hit it 3 times to get it to come on. The linen was paper thin as... More

We stopped in for a quick dinner. We were seated inside as it was cold, and across from the bar. The bartender was clearly immersed in the classic videos being shown on the TV and at one point raised the volume. We requested he lower it as it was much more enjoyable to listen to the live mariachis playing outside.... More

It is 12:45 am Sunday and the horrid music and screaming people on the plaza make sleep impossible. We have stayed here before in the same room but the noise was not an issue. It was not a weekend night Do NOT consider this hotel if you do not want to party all night. They also have you pay up... More

Charming area of town, great breakfast (included). Lots to do around and close to it, sits diagonally to "El Teatro Juarez" a must see and is writhing walking distance to many other restaurants and points of interest. To note is that there is no air conditioning, no elevator to second floor and no handicapped facilities, loud nights in front of... More

This hotel is perfectly placed looking over a green plaza. The plaza has nightly mariachi music and on some nights dancing. There are plenty of benches for families to sit and visit. My room had a balcony overlooking the plaza, which I loved. A caution to those who go to bed early, the music goes on until midnight or so.... More

This hotel is located in the central square, a few meters from the famous theater Juarez. Wich is a very nice characteristic; but the beds are really tough, and you will hear the noise of the night live. if you pay in cash you can get a discount, i mean a significant discount. The architecture its nice, the hotel have... More

Pro - great location if you want to be in the center, amidst a lot of noise. Cons-a) If you don't speak Spanish, you will have a hard time. None of the staff understands any other language. They try to help, but not very hard. b) If you are travelling on business, or are attached to email/social media, then try... More

the hotel is nice, clean good price for the accomodation, location, but the BAD side are the charges they block when they "block" the first night of your stay as a guarantee, this is supposed to be canceled once you make check out, but this is false, they make the charge which appears in your state account and when you... This is a wonderfully located hotel, the rooms are a very nice size and very nicely decorated. We had a room that faced the square, with two glass door exits on to the small patio. There were wooden shutters to also close off the glass doors on the patio. There is no elevator, was not an issue for us. Our... More
