Great Location, great value and very clean. If there was one complaint it would be the early morning wake-up from the "Piano-Guy" who plays at 8am! It is so loud it wakes you up! Why would any management allow a piano-guy to play so early??? I heard many guest complain for the same reason!!!

This hotel should not have 5 stars. It feels much more lilke a 3 star quality. The mattres was so fluffly it should be called a thick hammock, the towels were old, the service was awful. My room card did not work three consecutives times, making me loose time and temper (the had blocked it, for unknown reasons and with...

If there was a special award given out for a hard working staff, whether it's the woman dusting the shelves, the maids cleaning the rooms, the pool man washing windows, the crew polishing the iron handrails or the dining waiters wiping the tables, the Hotel Morales would win first prize. Not only were they always dedicated to their tasks, they...

I stayed there with my family from 11/28-12/1/14. The hotel location is great as it is right in downtown Guadalajara. You can walk to everything there. If you are driving, traffic is horrible there... The hotel itself is very nicely decorated, the only thing was when we arrived in our room, there were no towels which I requested it to...

Hotel morales is located in the picturesque historic downtown and is in a beautiful old building. The roof top pool features views of the city and is a perfect place to retire from the bustle of the busy streets of Guadalajara . It's desk staff are to be congratulated as they have the rare gift of making the words hola...

Our intention is not to say that this isn't a great hotel because in fact it is. It is historical, colonial, close to everything and overall the atmosphere, service and restaurant were great. The one problem we had which we considered to be big was that the main bellboy phoned our room specifically asking to speak with my husband privately....

This is a great hotel in a quite impressive historical building in the centre of downtown Guadalajara, with clean and well equipped, classical-styled rooms, good WiFi and delicious breakfast. Airport pickup is a bit pricey but worth it considering the convenience factor.
