Highly recommend, the service is excellent is my 6th time staying at this hotel and the quality is still the same simple spotless. The rooms are charming full of character and tastefully designed individually. A true hidden gem in Cuernavaca to unwind relax, and feel at home. Very safe hotel is a quiet safe compound in the heart of downtown...

My husband and I stayed here for ten days and made day trips to see the sights. The boutique hotel of 21 rooms is conveniently located near the center so walkability is great. Cannot say enough about friendly, attentive staff, good food, tranquil atmosphere and the spa for wonderful massages and facials of many kinds. Ask for a quiet room...

Behind the blue walls in a small street near the centre of historic Cuernavaca lies this oasis of authentic Mexican beauty in a relaxing atmosphere. The hotel Boutique La Casa azul is a real gem. The rooms are very nicely decorated in a authentic theme, with nice furniture and original objects. The staff at the front desk and in the...

We chose to stay at La Casa Azul for a wedding weekend at the nearby Cathedral because of the Hotels.com and TripAdvisor rating. We were pleasantly surprised when we checked in - the hotel is very nicely decorated and the staff seemed pleasant and professional. We were checked into a room with two twin beds, so asked for a king...

Lovely grounds, rooms, restaurant on-site and kind staff. Close enough to walk to the zocalo and Las Mananitas. Only regret is that we didn't have enough time to enjoy the spa services. I travel to Cuernavaca frequently and this hotel will be at the top of my list for future trips.

I stayed with a friend while in Cuernavaca for a wedding. It was just lovely! Each room is decorated with objects from a different state or city in Mexico. Built around two courtyards with pools, the hotel is airy and cool. Service was good. Breakfast was ample, and there was a coffee bar open all day.

Now the disappointing aspects: - The sink in the bathroom would not drain fast. I've...
