About 7 or 8 blocks from the beach, just outside Centro, in REAL Mexico. If you want to experience real life in Zihuatanejo , a good, safe spot to be. Christian, the owner, and his family, were very accomodating and very helpful with our requests and enquiries.

No shuttle! Owner considers you hiring a taxi? at airport, his way of claiming it as a service on the hotel website. The area was as bad as you can imagine; in ruin. Crumbling, dirty old buildings situated a few blocks? from the beach? Reaching the little to no beach through vendors selling junk Made in China wasn't worth the...

Thank you very much for your opinion. As you can see we have very good opinions in our web pages Zihuatanejo is a small fishing village very typical I think that for your next vacancies you need to choose luxury hotels, picking the area of ixtapa where you will pay a lot more money The hotel is located 300 meters...

Just returned from our second stay at the hotel Las Salinas. The hotel has clean rooms, a great location, very reasonable prices , and fantastic service. We will be returning to Las Salinas next year. Thanks Christian and family for everything.

Christian , his lovely wife Evy and their 4 sons along with their great staff made our 2 week stay in Zihuatanejo a very memorable vacation . Our room had 2 very comfortable double beds ( not hard like so many ) and we always had lots of hot water for our showers . Excellent wifi in our room and...

If you are looking for a very inexpensive, basic and clean hotel, las Salinas is ideal. I emphasize...this is a budget hotel! The standard room felt a little too small and crowded for my taste. Cristian, the owner, graciously offered to remove the extra bed and replace it with a table and chair. What this hotel lacks in amenities is...

The family who own the hotel seem like nice people. This place is on par with hostel type accommodations & is priced as such. Our room was so small that my husband & I had to play Tetris to move around. A very small dark room with a small window, 2 single beds, which actually weren't bad on the comfort...

I stayed for three weeks at the Hotel Las Salinas and it was one of the best experiences at any hotel I have ever stayed at in Mexico. The owner, Chritsian, was always helpful and his two older sons were also. The rooms were very clean and the little swimming pool was just in the foyer for a quick cool...

Hotel Las Salinas was incredibly cheap, which was exactly what we were looking for as a stop-gap before a few days in one of the Ixtapa resorts. It's definitely not in the nicest part of Zihatanejo. The area around it was quite busy and dirty. The staff were friendly and welcoming. The bed was fine. One of the only two...

For the price and location you can find a much better place in Zihua. This is my second time going to this beautiful gem of a town, but this time the hotel was a real bummer because it advertises things that it doesn't have. My husband and I drove to Zihua from Central Mexico, so I needed a hotel with...

The hotel is very central to most amenities. It I quiet, clean, comfortable with great Wi-Fi, but the best part of the stay was Christian and his family.
