By far one of the most beautiful, welcoming and relaxing resorts my husband and I have stayed at. The service exceeds a 10 rating. All of the staff greet you as you walk by them with a big smile. At the pool our waiter Mateo remembered our drink choices from the day prior and continuously checked in on us to ensure we didn’t need anything. The waiters at the restaurants provided excellent customer service making our evening that much more pleasant. Japanese: Alejandro Breakfast: Eduardo Chinese: Angel, Ivan Our room was gorgeous and so relaxing. Housekeeping Monserrat kept it nicely clean at all hours. Sometimes you stay at high end resort pay a high amount and get crappy service that is not the case at this resort!! This hotel exceeded all of our expectations.
Five days of luxury at Garza Blanca with our children, celebrating multiple graduations and milestones. Second time here; can’t wait for a third trip! Amenities and service were exceptional- the entire staff bends over backwards to ensure every request is met & exceeded, especially the pool & beach service staff. Food & drinks are incredible, especially for poolside! Many thanks to Angel, Alex, Moses, and Juan Suarez- they are so sweet, helpful, and really make you feel welcomed. The only improvements we could have asked for on property would be better Wi-Fi service and internet/streaming televisions for access to your favorite shows, as the cable is limited (especially for non-Spanish speakers). Mentioning so others may be prepared- We had to upgrade our Wi-Fi (approx $25-30) to perform work zooms, and wished we would have brought a Roku stick or hdmi adapters for our computers to stream tv at night. Not a big deal tho and certainly didn’t detract from the fantastic experience.…
We had an absolutely amazing experience at Hotel Mousai. This was our first visit here, but we stayed at Garza Blanca in Cabo last year and so knew of the exquisite level of amenities and service with their resorts. Hotel Mousai certainly lives up to the hype! It is a wonderful location. There is some noice from traffic on the road that splits the property but it quickly dies down in the evening. Food was again amazing, and although we were not able to experience all of the restaurants due to one temporary closure and a stay of only 5-nights, we were quite pleased. Our personal concierge (butler), Eduardo, was great! He was very nice and promptly replied to messages with also prompt attention to any minor issue or concern. It was such a pleasure to speak with Jeane (?sp) who was part of the concierge in the lobby. She gave us a great overview of the property and did not push their membership presentation. Mateó at the north rooftop was great and the poolside menu there was tasty. Ricardo (bellboy) greeted us with every passing. All with suite services (room service) we’re great, including Saudi. The staff at these places truly make your vacation relaxing and stress-free.…
We stayed May 16-20 at Mousai South. 5 stars for everyone. Special recognition to our butler Eduardo, our concierge Karen, our pool concierges Alan and Carlos, our pool waiters Mateo, Diego, Antonio and the lobby bartenders Eriberto and Ulises. Restaurant DAO was fantastic with a special shout out to the manager Juan Carlos and his entire staff. EVERYONE was accommodating and genuinely caring. We can't wait to come back!

Shout out to Martin for making our dinner fantastic and ALL of the staff at Bcados Restaurant. Wish I could remember all their names… the whole staff and food is awesome!!! Gracias!!!!
