This hotel is good and the food is really good. Whatever be aware that it doesn't have access to the beach and you need to be switching with the regular Hilton to go the beach and restaurants for breakfast for example. The view from the room is to the pool, none of the rooms have ocean view and this is something they don't tell you in advance. Since most of the good hotels in Mexico have ocean view, is disappointing to learn you won't have it when you are already there. If it's not important to you, it's a good option

We had the greatest experience in this hotel. Since the first day, they gave us the room very early while we were having breakfast. The staff is very nice everywhere. At the office, at the restaurantes, the food abundant at the buffet, dinners were incredible with different options, Italian , French , Mexican. They check everyday the supply for the fridge , you can have sodas beers and water. The room was beautiful and big, a small terrace, great shower . We spent wonderful days , my husband very pleased for my birthday present. There is also a cafeteria where you can get some coffee and a piece of cake . We wanted a break from the city, we got relaxation and a good time.

The food was very good for breakfast, the room was a nice great size. we did not use the private room pool as the water was too cold. The staff were all excellent. Location was great too and easy access to all that one needs.

There was an error in our reservation. We paid to sunwing an extra amount to have a room with Seaview but the hotel does not have a Seaview. Upon our arrival to the hotel, we were given a room with a partial view of the pool. We spoke with the manager of the hotel to help us to find a solution. This person promised to called me the following day. He has never contacted me nor any employee of the hotel during my stay at this hotel. He lied to me. Although this is an error of sunwing, the service of the manager of this hotel is very bad. He could have called me the following day and not lied to me. Since this person has not contact me, I decided not to pursue and waste my time in dealing with this situation during my vacation. Be aware that you will not receive any help from this hotel, they will tell you that is not our problem. Very disappointed with customer services.

I’m here now and I don’t know where to start because this whole establishment is an embarrassment. DO JOT BELIEVE THE PICTURES YOU SEE ONLINE AND THE REVIEWS HILTON HAS PAID FOR I’ll do point form so you don’t mess up and waste your holidays here 1)the food, oh the food. No flavour. Bland and frozen and microwaved. Even at the al a carte. I’m not a big eater but the portion sizes were made for a 15 pound child. I ordered from Uber multiple times because the food was actually horrendous . The room service is $8 a plate PLUs tip. THE BUFFET IS THE SAME FOOD EVERY SINGLE DAY!!!!!!!!! 2) noise. Random people screaming in the hallways banging on the doors at ALL HOURS OF THE NIGHT 3) staff is rude and stuck up. We tipped even when service was awful because we feel bad for the staff, but still received below average service 4) the beach is gross, rough and you’ll be harassed every 5 minutes to buy something (coke and weed was what we were being offered) when you try to go on a walk Overall the resort is trying to hardest to APPEAR as if it was a 5 star but it can’t mask its faults for too long after you check in. I’d advise you to stay the HELL- TON away from the HILTON!

We picked this resort because it was a small adult resort, and the price was right at the time, which included the perks from the Hilton next door. The room (pool view on third floor) was exactly as shown on the web site. The bed was comfortable and room was lovely with a nice view of the pool. There are NO ocean views to my knowledge, This small resort does NOT have direct beach access, which I knew when we booked it, If you want to sit by the ocean you must go next door to the Hilton. Contrary to some reviews, this resort is very quiet and peaceful, at least when we were there. There is only one small buffet only open for breakfast and the lunch restaurant by the pool that has a very limited menu. (Good hamburgers). There is the Mexican A-la-Carte located above the buffet and the lunch restaurant becomes the Mediterranean A-la-Carte. All the other restaurants are again, next door at the Hilton. We found the food for the most part to be pretty good, (typical buffet food). There wasn’t any pool entertainment at the Hacienda, but I did see they did aqua size at the Hilton. The is a sushi roof-top bar at the Hilton, and we only discovered on our last day there was a rooftop bar at the Hacienda in the evening. We were a bit disappointed that we were unaware of it. Thursday is Mexican fiesta on the beach at the Hilton. From what I could tell there was no other evening entertainment, but I could be wrong. There are two pools at the Hacienda. The main pool is a bit louder during the day, and hard to find shade at times, but if you just want peace and quiet there is another pool that is partially under cover so it can be a bit cool. I could see there appears to be another restaurant above the pool but was closed at the time. The pool service was amazing and if you asked, the servers would even bring you lunch. Overall, it was a peaceful week except the massive crowds at the airport! . ' BTW, when I refer to the Hilton next door, its a very short walk, Oh another tip. Make sure you join the Hilton rewards membership before you arrive. (Free). If you show your Hilton reward number you get free wifi throughout the resort. Otherwise the wifi is only free in your room.

Just came back from a 5 day 4 night stay at Hilton Hacienda. Was expecting so much more from a Hilton property. First they couldn't find my reservation ( I booked thru Hotels.com) after a 30 minute wait; low and behold there it was no apology offered from there I was sent one desk over to the Concierge to arrange our co-vid test, again absolutely zero customer service; he was very passive aggressive when I asked him if the resort had a shuttle to take us there; he replied No you have to pay for your own taxi. I said to him Hyatt & Fiesta Americana do in house testing I assumed this resort was right up there with them. Also made reservation for dinner at the Mexican La Catrina for the following night; no once did he inform us of there being a dress code. On Sunday I happened to go back into our room well after 1:30 pm noticed the room hadn't been cleaned, so I went back up to the lobby and asked if my room could get cleaned as a diabetic who suffers from quite a few extremely low sugar bouts it's imperative to have place to rest away from the sun. At 4:00 pm my room still wasn't cleaned and my glucose was at 45. Had to go demand for my room to be cleaned' only to be told vacant rooms take priority by the staff....wait what I'm paying well over $300.00 us dollars a night and I have to wait until the end for a clean more room; hire more staff!!!! Also being in a room that has it's own private pool I shouldn't have to call daily to ask for additional towels; it should automatically have been included with the room. The night we had our dinner reservation we were turned away at the restaurant because my boyfriend had a no sleeve top; t, I told her we were not made aware of any dress code!; this was done in front of other hotel guests, went back the following night no sooner where we seated when a party of 4 comes in in tank tops and shorts and they were taken to their table. Continually asked for the General Manager only to be told NO time and time again. All I was given was her email upon our departure; the entire staff runs with a don't give a damn attitude!!! Our room would only get fresh towels and the bed made nothing else not even the bath tub was cleaned. have stayed at Hyatt and Fiesta Americana in the past decided to try Hilton; NEVER AGAIN!!! Hotel also offers free Wi-Fi- no such luck was supposedly down from Friday until Monday

My husband and I stayed at the Hacienda side of the Hilton. Nice big room and lovely large bathroom with a walk in shower. Garden view out the North side. Loved the size of the resort, the food and drinks and especially the service. Great poolside service for lunch, snacks and drinks. We ate at 2 a la cartes, the French and Italian. Both were great. There is something for everyone at the Buffets. Awesome to have several breakfast buffets all with egg stations. Although there is no official nightly entertainment, having after dinner cocktails at La Serenata was fantastic. This is the rooftop lounge on the Hacienda side. Perfect drinks and service. I would definitely stay here again.

We went three years ago, when it was almost new. Coming back this year lots of things where broken or not working. Very sad how people treat there room. The Hilton Hotel have to put lots of maintenance in. But I have to say, when my partner got COVID, they where very kind to us.
