We loved our stay at Casa Amorita. The house is beautiful and just walking in made me instantly relax. Our room was private and pretty with a very comfortable back patio. Truly, we didn't want for anything. While we didn't get to meet Rita, our hosts were lovely, generous and very helpful. They made restaurant recommendations to us and were... More

My husband and I were at Casa Amorita for three nights, and had a very enjoyable stay. As our first trip to PV, we chose to have a few nights at a resort to experience the beach, and then a few nights in town in order to experience authentic Mexico. Casa Amorita Is located very centrally, and is surrounded by... More

Casa Amorita is a charming villa and I enjoyed my stay tremendously. A friend referred the property to me as she stayed there on a visit to PV, and I was very glad she did, as the accommodations where everything I’d hoped they would be. I found the staff to be very friendly and accommodating. Breakfast was always a treat... More

We were VERY unhappy with the overall experience at this so-called B & B. The owner "Rita Love" doesn't know the meaning of hospitality. We had a lot of bugs in our bathroom - my make-up kit was literally crawling with them. We did not get the room we requested - it too was given away to some other travellers.... More

We stayed at Casa Amorita on our third and last night in Puerto Vallarta. Lovely, beautiful, and charming place, but we did have a few unfortunate mishaps. I would highly recommend Casa Amorita to anyone and I do not want to discourage anyone from staying there, but, Rita (our hostess) did make a mistake (which she apologized and owned up... More

On a recent vacation to Puerto Vallerta, we bypassed the all inclusive resort and opted to stay at a small bed and breakfast called Casa Amorita. We definitely made the right decision. Casa Amorita is a beautiful house, centrally located in the old part of town. The breakfasts are delicious- try the house made granola. The staff is young and... More

This was my second time staying at Casa Amorita. Rita maintains a perfect balance between being professional and being personable. Her staff are all pleasant as well. Casa Amorita cant be beat for location. You can walk anywhere from there....you are "steps" from the Malecon....as in its on the hill so you literally take steps down a couple blocks. You... More

Beautiful property in a great location. A real oasis plunked down right in the middle of the hustle and bustle of Puerto Vallarta. (Yes -- up a steep hill and right next to the cathedral bells -- but we found this to be part of the charm.) Rita and her staff were friendly and extremely helpful -- making restaurant recommendations,... More

We chose Casa Amorita which Rita Love, a friendly and energetic American, built ten years ago on a hill behind the Cathedral with a stunning view of Banderas Bay based upon Trip Advisor reviews. After having returned from a one week vacation there, we can attest to the positive buzz about the property on this website. Our favorite activity was... More
