We were on a 5 week trip traveling around Mexico and stayed here for 2 nights before our flight home. It was perfect for what we were looking for. In old town a block from the malecon, close to restaurants and quiet at night. Very clean. Reception staff spoke good English and were very helpful. Please be aware that there...

We stayed here the night before checking into our timeshare in Nuevo Vallarta. It's a nice, quaint hotel in a terrific location. I would not want to stay for an extended period of time but it was perfect for our needs. The bathroom counter is too small, if you were to stay there very long, you could not store your...

We stayed at this hotel for a night before having access to our condominium. The hotel staff is very accommodating. The restaraunt is very nice and the decor is updated. I would recommend this as a hotel to stay near the Malecon. The location is very convenient for eating out and shopping.

My husband and I spent 3 nights here. We were upgraded from a room with 2 beds to a room with a king-size bed with a kitchenette. The fridge didn't work the whole time we were there but we didn't really care as we hadn't paid for it. The blow dryer also didn't work. Other than that, we found the...

The hotel is well worth the money paid! It exceeds its three star rating by providing a really delicious and affordable restaurant with a chlorine-free pool. The staff are friendly, attentive and speak very good English. The room turn over service was really well done with fresh organic soap, conditioner and other products daily. Our in-room safe was present and...

We chose this hotel based on the reviews on this site and the location. The only thing this hotel has going for it is the location. The place is dated, rooms where dirty, beds terrible, AC was either on or off, resulting in us getting sick, the pool is in the middle of the restaurant, so unless you want awkward...

We stayed here for a week, after two nights we requested an upgrade to a different room and stayed in an upgraded room for four nights. The reason we wanted a change was because of the street noise at night it was quieter during the day. Our upgraded suite was nice but we had to use the AC because it...

As the other reviews have stated, yes this hotel is on a busy street, on a bus route, with a taxi stand right next to it. I can also totally understand if some people don't like that, but for us, it was great! The reception staff were very good to us and accommodated us with our room requests, the house...
