Very nice and clean hotel, the staff is great, the breakfast is very good and their Tequila Sunrise and Gin and Tonic great. They charge for the coffee that they have in the rooms as well as for the water bottles. Other than that we had a great time.

Date of our stay March 25th, 2015. The hotel is clean and maintained but simple in design and amenities. We were charged $74 USD per night, which is expensive for the quality of the hotel and what they are offering. In Mazatlan, this hotel is over priced for what it is and its location. If you can get this hotel...

I received a very good value for 65$. The lobby and staff clean and attractive, but all Spanish.lish skills marginal. Tips expected. Room clean, nice. Noisy outside due to Beach traffic could easily solved by window change. Oh well!! TV had good channels, but all Spanish language.the taxi driver who recomended the place was a nice man, he was on...

The have breakfast at the restaurant and the food was really good and they have a very good location, its almost in front of the beach you just have to cross the street. The location was really nice, right across the street from beach. 40 peso taxi ride to el centro where you can buy Mexican gifts. 300 peso ride to airport. A/C worked well in rooms. We stayed in the executive suites where there was an added desk and fax machine.

The first problem came when I paid for a drink with a 50 peso bill that had a microsopic tear on it and they refused to accept it! Second problem was when one of my two keys unprogrammed and after I went to the front desk to reprogram them. They sent a bellboy (prison guard) to assist me and when...

I stayed at the Hotel Olas Altas, and I contacted the property directly and got $30 off the advertised rate. This location is great, as it is between the Golden Zone and the Historic part of Mazatlan. It was a $4 cab ride from the bus station, and $25 to the airport. It is located across the street from the...

Maybe it's because I am fluent, or perhaps there is some other reason, but I have never stayed at a more welcoming place in Sinaloa. I go often and the staff are wonderful, polite and super-attentive. The facilities are not resort quality, but they are clean and comfortable. The added bonuses are ocean views from the pool and bird watching...

The staff did not speak English . Only 2 people spoke any English, the manager and 1 bus boy/security guard. The best person on staff was the 1 bus boy/security guard he was nice and funny too. The manager on the other hand was rude and disrespectful to me and my guest. I had booked my room for 2 people...
