Smelly. Old. Needs work! Air conditioner either blasts cold air or blasts hot air or no air at all. I'm giving it 3 stars instead of 1, because the staff, especially housekeeper, Fanny, was very helpful. I was in a regular room, 1 king bed, no balcony, which is what I reserved. Unfortunately, the wall of the balcony next door...

Old furniture in a bad shape, visually sad and noisy air conditioner. Rooms are expensive and barely bigger than the double bed; smells old because of the wooden furniture. Check in and check out takes too many time and invoicing your payment will became an issue.

I stayed at this hotel, with friends for a wedding, from December 8 - 12, 2016. This hotel had friendly, helpful staff and was very clean and modern. The pools were wonderful and the hotel was right on the beach, which was generally very quiet, clean and calm. This is not an all-inclusive resort, but the morning buffet (that costs...

The Ramada in Mazatlan is old. The rooms are fine but there is definitely a musty smell and we saw 3 different rooms. The rooms with 2 queen beds are roomy but there is no fridge. The rooms with a king bed are a 2 rooms suite. They have a fridge but no patio doors. The rooms are clean and...

We arrived way before check in, and the reception staff was awesome. We let them know it was our anniversary. Not only did they allow us to check in early, they upgraded us to an ocean view suite! Great size, very clean, well equipped suite with plenty of seating inside and on balcony. We love the decor here, updated hacienda...

In September I stayed there a week. The food was good, the staff friendly and helpful. The rooms were large, nicely decorated, and had TV, WiFi, and often views of the pool or ocean. The pool was a huge horseshoe and kept clean - beach towels for guests. Chairs and umbrellas were put out on the sand each day for...

We arrived early and were upgraded to a suite and given our keys right away! The suite was modern and the entire resort in great shape, obviously having undergone many recent upgrades. The pools were beautiful, although a bit cool this time of year. Being on the ocean was wonderful and we could see and hear the ocean from our...

The hotel room was clean with comfortable bed and had a kitchenette with microwave, coffemaker, blender, toaster, small fridge and utensils wich was very convenient for us, very close to MEGA big supermaket, walking distance to restaurants, banks and shops, clean beach and nice clean swiming pool. An overal nice experience.

When the hotel nextdoor advised us to go to the Ramada for use of the beach and pool for the day (playa mazatlan must not have wanted our money!), little did we know that we just received the best advice ever. Ramada's beach was pristine, the pool was so fun, and the beach-side restaurant served the best meal we had...

The place has its own beach which makes it very convenient. The front desk was able to accommodate us with a suite when we only had paid for a regular room, which was nice of her. The staff wasn't very friendly, nor cordial. they weren't rude but, they weren't nice EITHER. it seems like almost all of them were in...
