This is a Mexican hotel. Not really fancy but a great view on oceanside at a great price. The staff could not be more accommodating. There is a bit of noise at night if you are on the street but it is Mexican noise, not so much of the junk that you get in so many beach situations. This is...

Nice view with rooms facing the ocean. Noisy with street and restaurant noise. Not much in the way of amenities. No coffee maker and no refrigerator. Ok place for a day or so. No parking except for busy street in front. Fairly old tired place with great location. It is a good value.

Pay the extra few dollars and reserve an ocean view room with a balcony overlooking the malecon on Olas Altes. Nothing fancy, but the best value in Mazatlan. Perfectly paired with the Shrimp Bucket restaurant, you will be surrounded by the flair of Old Mazatlan. See the "green flash" at sunset walk north at dusk to the "cliff divers" and...

The rooms were very clean. The pool was also clean and very refreshing. The Shrimp Bucket restaurant has a good rock & roll band on Wednesday nights and there is plenty of seating outside. Parking was right outside the hotel and you can bring your motorcycles into the locked courtyard for extra security. An easy walk to the market, historic...

You got to stay at least ones at this small hotel. It's history speaks for itself. Small but clean. Very reasonable and best location to enjoy the sunsets of Mazatlan. Plenty of attractions to walk to in the area. Including the most go Plazuela Machado!! I will be back one day! Md

Nothing flash but really good atmosphere and lovely internal courtyard. Safe place to park bikes for a couple of days. Beach just over the road. Room is old style spacious with shower toilet and aircon that works. Wifi seems ok. Has a lot of character

Great rates, great feel and terrific ocean view. Bike parking for a medium sized group, too! Attached shrimp bucket is good but the hotel is is accommodating! Lots of birds and city sounds are ever present and peaceful. Get a corner room and enjoy!

I got burned by a jellyfish and the wonderful friendly recption people took such good care of me even bought an expensive cream the next day to help me. They hooked me up with a sweet package for $24 on going to La Isla de las Rocas and we saw sea lions and beautiful ocean nature. They even hooked my...

I only stayed one night because I arrived early for a timeshare I own. I love this section of Mazatlan because it has a Latin old world feel compared to the timeshares north. La Siesta is clean and comfortable. It isn't a resort hotel. If One only needs a comfortable clean safe place to sleep then this is the ticket....
