We are headed back to this beautiful resort on April 2, 2013 for a second time, the staff are so friendly and helpful and the view is absolutely beautiful, can't wait to get there. I would recommend this resort to anyone, there is something for everyone to enjoy.

it was ok. Great location and beach, clean hotel and rooms, make sure u get a room on a low enough floor that u can take the stairs cuz the elevators are small and slow. Every room is ocean view so dont pay extra for one. There is no store in the hotel so u gotta walk 2 blocks to...

This is a great resort that will appeal to all ages and families. Check in was seamless. The staff board the bus on your arrival and attach your bracelets. You then pick up your room key in the lobby while sipping a beer or cocktail. The luggage was in our room within 15 mins of arrival. The orientation meeting was wonderfully...

My wife and two kids stayed here March 8-16. Shuttle to hotel from airport was 45 minutes. We made it back to the airport using a fast driver in 35 minutes. This was the best all-inclusive we have ever stayed at and that includes the much more expensive Riu Palace Riviera Maya. The ocean view room was incredible and we...

If you don't mind the room cleaners or maintenance staff stealing from you, stay here. If you don't care if the staff just rifle through the dresser drawers of your clothes and undergarments in search of anything that they might be " shopping " for, stay here. Its not like you left some money in the open on a night...

We spent 1 week in March in this hotel. My daughter was traveling with her 18 months old child. A pleasant trip rather despite the finicky weather. It was cold for the first 2 days and the evenings were also very chilly. We wished we brought sweaters. All rooms are facing the ocean. This hotel is very child friendly. Crib/...

We are not all-inclusive travellers but for a nice week off this is a great place to go. enjoyed our stay but the bed was not great, also not impressed with only 2 of the al a-carte restaurants being available. Staff was super friendly, hard workers, really appreciated their kindness.

My husband and I stayed here from Feb. 26 to Mar 5/13. It is the first time we have both agreed that we would go back to an all-inclusive resort. The hotel is spotless, the buffets were fresh and plentiful, the pools are clean, and the staff were very friendly. We felt safe walking on the long beach; but this...

Our family visited last Christmas and the place was maybe 50% full. It was super to arrive at 10 am and receive our room keys! Don't let any overly critical reviews prevent you from choosing this fine hotel if you want to see Mazatlan. Personally I preferred the Riu Jalisco in Puerto Vallarta the previous Christmas. It was warmer weather...

It may be a little far from town but the bus is a cheep 20 min. ride and the little fishing village 1 Km north has great seafood restaraunts and...
