This is now our third or fourth time here at this hotel, which we usually hate doing. We love to switch around, but this place has such a fantastic view if you get a high, centrally located room, which we did. Our room was spacious,...More
We've stayed here about four times now and it's always been a great experience. This hotel is very centrally located to so many things that are walking distance. There's a grocery store within walking distance, but we always cabbed back because of the amount of...More

The fruit was very good and fresh. The service is good and it’s right next to the beach. It’s nice, clean, and cool. The rooms are nice I would highly recommend. The price is great, good food and city life.
I really enjoyed this location loved the staff very friendly people I also liked the very large pool and the beach nearby definitely recommend it, it’s roght near all the night clubs and also very good sea food places

They do have rooms with kitchenettes - large fridge, sink and microwave. No stove. Availability is limited because the timeshares get 2 rooms with kitchen but ask. They do have an all inclusive option however they give you a 20% discount on food and drinks purchased at the hotel and Acapulco is really inexpensive and there are TONS of good restaurants so think about that before you jump. They do frown on coolers at the pool but you can take whatever you want to the beach. There is a very large Mega grocery across the street and up the hill. Its within walking distance but if you buy a lot of heavy stuff there are cabs available when you leave the store. We always take the bus to the Walmart. We love the public beach Papagayo - great food cheap, lots of locals and music. We also like restaurant El Jacalito about 1/2 mile north of the hotel on a side street. Also love downtown. There's a fun excursion that goes to a beach area north of the city and they have turtle releases (everybody gets a baby turtle to release) and food and the big Mercado. We have stayed here for 20 years so if you need more info let me know.
