The staff is minimum polite. The buffet is overpriced, crowded, and noisy. The beach access is closed at 6pm and the pool at 7pm. Don't expect to be able to pay for the room only even if your guests fit the number the room can hold, they charge per person. The pool does not accept cash or charge to the...

The room was on the 12th floor BUT THE ELEVATOR ONLY GOES TO THE 11TH, so you have to take a short flight of stairs. This wouldn't be an issue if it hadn't been a family vacation. We have a 1-yr old boy, so carrying the stroller through the very narrow stairs was quite a hassle. Now, the room being...

When we arrived, they wouldn't give us each a room card. There was 4 of us, they gave one card. We asked for more, they gave one more. The second elevator wasn't working. The one that did work, barely worked and was like a sweat box. Room was supposed to sleep 6 yet there wasn't bedding for 6. We received...

We booked a one week stay at the Bayview Suites at El Presidente through Vida Lifestyles for the last week of January. Our confirmation came from RCI. (Hmm) We arrived and were ushered into a presentation room for the RCI salesperson to chat us up. Fortunately, the sales people on staff don't speak fluent English, so we were taken back...

The service was great, food was good, and the room newly renewed. The best of its kind considering the price. Right in the center of Acapulco, where you can walk anywhere . Overall we had a relaxing and great stay right next to the beach with some coctails.

I had a suite here for a week... built in 1952... The owners make absolutely no investment to maintain this property. As the staff says this is a cash cow for the owners and nothing more.. The towels and the bed sheets had holes. You would think that if any room would get the best it would be the suites......

Well, this is my experience in this terrible hotel. I booked through a website for booking in this hotel and this site offered a good deal for a stay of three nights during the third weekend of December 2015. At least in Acapulco, El Presidente Hotel has a good reputation, when that booking site offered a good price for our...
