The room was not ready at check in time, endless line for check in and only 1 person actually registering guest while other employees did nothing. Over all very bad attitude of the employees specially Maribel Cobos who didn't even bother to hear our complains. Don't stay here.

This hotel can be deceptive, its webpage shows very nice photos, nevertheless once there, it has a very old look, the rooms are small and poorly equipped, You can get an iron or a hair dryer on request but you have to ask for it. Free wifi just not so fast and the free parking along with the location are...

Room was adequate, carpet a little stained but not bad. Bathroom was larger than normal and water was hot. One annoying thing was that the hotel has a policy that you leave your keycard at the front desk. Your card deactivates if it gets too close to your cell phone. Restaurant was great with lots of options for breakfast; price...

Horrible. Awful. Cheap and unpleasant. I checked out in less than 24 hours of checking in and went to another hotel. No one at night there speaks English despite the fact that they advertise on American websites. The fist room they tried to give me was dark with a view of a cinder block wall, it had a wet carpet...
