The hotel overall is nice. The part of the city it is in feels safe, there is a guy sitting by where you park the cars, that gives a sense of safety. The styling of the hotel and the location are good. The rooms are super small and it was weird to us that the options were a queen

Hotel Service was good. Breakfast was good. The location for consulate was perfect. Unfortunately no AC, Iron, microwave or refrigerator. The rooms are really really really small. The beds are uncomfortable and if you have kids the windows are unsafe. The windows open wide

The room was about 90 degrees. The hotel manager stated they control the air in the units. I told him its hot in the room. He said turn off the heater. I said we did can we have a fan. He refused to help accommodate us. He didn’t even try. We left to a different place!

Dear guest, First of all, thank you for taking the time to offer this review. We are deeply sorry for not being able to meet your expectations. About the issue you went through, we control the air conditioner and heat according to the weather station. In winter we can only have the heat on all over the hotel and viceversa when the weather outside is hot. Unfortunately we don´t count on fans to be provided under request. Hopefully we will have another chance to serve you better in a next visit. Regards, Jairo S. R

Hi so I have a question... so my husband is going to Ciudad Juarez for his consult appointment and is arriving the 25 of this month and I would reserve the room till the 12 of March since his appointment is March 2nd if he leaves before his check out date would he have to pay the days he didn’t stay? Also I’m reserving the hotel a day before he arrives so he wouldn’t make it to check in that day at 3PM is that okay
Hi if i make a reservation what's the earliest I can check in and latest I can check out?
Dear guest, Thank you for your kind question. The earliest you can check in depends on our availability at the moment of your arrival. Our established check in time is at 3:00 pm, but sometimes we can make some exceptions (subject to availability). In what concerns to check out, the latest would be 1:00 pm, since there are other guests waiting for their rooms. We can for sure keep your luggage in our check room for as long as you need it. Best regards,

Does Hotel Ibis offer long term parking and what are the rates. I am flying from Juarez to Guadalajara round trip. I plan to be gone for a month. If long term parking is not offered is there a hotel in Juarez that does?
They do not, parking is free for guests but it is also exclusive for guests, I'm sure you'd be able to find some parking garage that would keep your car but, being Juárez, I do not recommend it, it probably would not last more than a week. The only other option that I would consider would be the airport parking but they charge $250 pesos per day and there is no actual security guard

How far is this hotel from the US Consulate?
Hello, the US Consulate is about five minutes away from the hotel. In fact, of all the hotels around the US Consulate, Ibis is the perfect hotel to stay because it is in a cul-de-sac and the only way "away from the hotel" is by walking/driving towards the consulate. 400 meters
