The people was friendly. The rooms weren't clean well. I didn't like the walls in the rooms because were dirty. If you go to this hotel bring your own iron. No laundry service. If you decided to stay longer they don't respect the same quote that was something that made me move to the next door hotel ( Microtel )...

We stayed for 8 days and the stay was awesome. We used the A/C and it worked I read the reviews before about the AC was not workong but it worked perfectly fine for us. Do not book at ibis !!! Hotel do not have A/C !smell very bad! Old towels ! Jessy the only that smile all times! The front desk smell bad! The elevator smell bad ! Very dirty! Bathroom very dirty! Do not have air conditioner!

I had a great stay. I really recommend this hotel. It is the cheapest and closest to everything regarding immigration process. Great service, great location and great buffet. MARIA AND JUANITA AT THE KITCHEN AND BUFFET ARE GREAT. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND IT

This hotel is located near to the important places in Cd Juarez (Tec de Monterrey, Consulate, Restaurants, Offices, etc). The staff is really helpful and friendly. The price is not that expensive and you can buy breakfast for a reasonable price (US $5). The rooms are minimalistic, but with all the basic needs, such as flat TV, A/C, comfortable mattres,...

Stayed in hotel one night 1st time actually staying in Juarez. Service was good and room was good and comfortable even though was small I would definitely stay over again. Stayed out on the streets till 3:30am
