I would give this hotel 5 star because of cleanliness, and their price.Even the location is close to central it wouldn't be too safe walking at night Uber is around 40 pesos(less than 2 dollars) anywhere surrounding places.Parking is also free with security watching out the lot and complimentary breakfast is also come with the room. Just ask the stuff in the front desk to give you a room away from the elevator if sound will bother you or won't let you sleep.

I stayed at this hotel one night while waiting for my wife to arrive in San Diego. The hotel was much cheaper than those in San Diego, and it is close to the border. The staff speaks English and Spanish. The room was clean, but very basic. The room didn't have lamps, but the water was hot and the bed was comfortable. Sound traveled right through the door, but I was also in a room right in front of the stairs. The door locked automatically when you entered or left, so don't forget the key they give you! I felt safe in the room and the hotel, but the hotel is not in a great area. However, I went out at night to a few places and it was fine. Just be aware of your surroundings and don't make yourself a target. My complaint is that when I went down for breakfast at 8:30 a.m. (Breakfast is 6-10) all the food was gone because there were like 50 men there eating everything and taking all the seating. I'm not sure if they were staying at the hotel, but it appears that they were there to get picked up for work. None of the items were refilled for breakfast, would be great if guests staying there could get some of the breakfast offered.

Quick stay , all good, som2 dirty parts in room, but bareable. Nothing too outlandish. Quick service security detail outside, always good. Modern vibe, good price, good essentials in bathroom, half a toilet paper only, asked for more. TV malfunction, volume would not function well and would tune in and out. Can be good if they pay attention to details.
