We stay at this hotel regularly ... But two out of three stays in the last year, there had been a problem with reservation. Very disappointed with their reservation system. Just check, check and triple check your reservation, if planning to stay at this hotel.

I must first give accolades to Alvaro, the security guard and attendant. He IS the reason our stay was beyond expectations and the reason we go back monthly. From arriving for the first time really late at night, Alvaro greeted us with a smile and parked my oversized pick up very carefully, and helped unload the luggage (which was wedged...

The location of the hotel was nice and central. Perfect for us as we wante to be close to the airport. The bedroom was fine, however did not live up to the photos on their website which was a bit disappointing. The pool, while outdated was very nice in the heat of the day. The reception staff were terrible. They...

Dear Guests: Hotel Palacio Azteca began operating back in 1968 as the first hotel in Tijuana to offer more than only rooms to stay, we were pioneers offering meetings rooms, restaurant and bar on the same place. The solid infrastructure of our facilities has remained that way up to today giving us the great opportunity to focus on improving in...

This will be my second time staying at this hotel. The room was decent and the bed was comfortable. A couple things I disliked about my room was the toilet leaked and the shower ceilings were a bit moldy. Some of the bathroom furnishings were a bit rusted. Overall a average hotel to stay at. I would not mind booking...

Be careful with front desk, will over charge for rooms. Make sure you get all your receipts. I asked for mine upon checking out, only to find out I was over charged by $40. Spoke to management, which really did nothing. Rooms are nice, valet people are cool. Hotel staff is terrible.

Dear Guest, I remember perfectly happened and the response and attention that was provided, you paid the difference between single rooms booked and double rooms that requested in your check in at the hotel. We regret the lack of sincerity on his part. Best regards, Alex Montes Manager.

Do not cone here if you want to relax and enjoy the pool. Frida, Saturday and Sunday they have birthday parties baby showers etc., the pool is occupied to the max with children. You literally can't swim until maybe after 7pm. I don't think this is fair to the hotel guests! Also our key cards kept deactivating. Every time we...
