I came here for the first time for cancer treatment. I have never been to Tijuana before. At every turn the manager and his staff here have exceeded all my expectations. I am so blessed that they treat me like I am part of this big loving family. They have accompanied me to get food at a restaurant so I would not get lost. They are taking me to the beach to a safe location. Changed my room to help me to be more comfortable. Everything about this place is 5 Star with love service. I can not wait to bring my husband here!!

The rooms are very clean and spacious, nice comfortable lobby, and great location. If safety is a concern, this is a very safe place to stay. The BEST part about this hotel is the DELICIOUS breakfast by Chef Susana!!! Best breakfast I have ever had in any hotel! I usually try to stay away from carbs, but all diets rules are off when I visit this hotel because Susana's pastries are hands-down the most AMAZING I have ever had! The "icing on the cake" is that Susana is the most warm and welcoming person and goes above and beyond to create the best experience. One of my students wasn't feeling well and she made her some ginger tea. I work for a university and bring a class of 35 students to Mexico every year and we always stay at the Palacio Azteca. I cannot say enough about this hotel

The hotel was good with some issues — cable service never worked. BUT the restaurant is excellent! Not just let’s eat at the restaurant for convenience, but let’s go to the hotel to eat at the restaurant. The Chef and the hotel manager are top notch!! Thank you!
