Unfriendly employees, the pizza order from room service was cold. We complained and we got a hot pizza back from the microwave. Which resulted in a whet pizza, I would not have served this dish to my dog. We asked for advice how to visit downtown they did not have any maps and wouldn't care to help us. The bath...

This nice looking hotel is located in sketchy area and on a busy street. We had two rooms, one facing ( empty ) swimming pool area and another facing busy street. Room facing the street was noisy all night from the traffic which made it difficult falling asleep. If think the other room was quieter, you are wrong! Every few...

This was the sixth or so time that I've stayed at this hotel. While the facilities are generally nice and somewhat upscale, there's still some room for improvement. My room had recently been refreshed with laminate flooring, a nice touch. The bathroom was tired with floor tile stained from rust drippings and a sink that had seen better days. The...

Very good but the wifi doesn't work in room only in the lobby, called the front desk said they would reset the system but did not work. There internet system must be outdated because I have stayed here before , a year back and had the same problem.

When you go to Tijuana or anywhere, it's hard to tell if a place is going to be well located or safe. This hotel is situated perfectly in the downtown area of Tijuana, and only minutes from the border. The staff is attentive, calm and trustworthy. I drove my nice car from California and it was kept here safely. The...

My family and I recently had the pleasure of staying this hotel. We were given a room with an awesome view of the city at night. When we first walked into the lobby, i thought there was a party going on, it turns out it was the bar near by doing karaoke. If you were to stay at this place,...

Its a good place to stay, quiet and the place is safe for tourist. The bar has live music and drinks are not too pricy. Enjoyed the Sunday Champaign Brunch it was delicious, pleasant live harp music playing while you eat.

We stayed 2 nights and we will not be returning. On the first night a maid enters the room at 4pm with a room key and upon seeing us she decided that she didn't need to clean the room again or something and left. Only the start of the evening. The shower did not have pressure for the hot side...

The hotel restaurant offers poor service, food cold and took too long to get our food. The shuttle did not offer service to any surrounding areas except for the airport. The rooms we got were located near a heavy traveled street and the plumbing was loud and adjoining all our rooms.
