I pick up with Eric and I want to home and we want to hotel and I eat food and soda and I get to room and I sleeping in the mom room and her bathroom I want to bathroom and her dad and I am not sure why
The experience was generic, the food was bland and the staff lied to us on several occasions. We booked the hotel room with Debit card - when checked out we paid in cash and they still charged us on our debit card. When confronted with bank receipts they played stupid. Our office is one block over and we will not stop posting about their illegal practice until we get justice. DO NOT STAY AT THIS HOTEL
becarefull with this hotel, they withdraw $190 dolls. from my account, even father I cancelled my reservation cuidado con Este hotel, yo cancelled mI reservation, y a pesar de general cancelled, surrendering $190 Dolores de mI cuenta
Everything was nice & clean. Receptionist people was great & helpful. They came out to greet you & treat you good by taking your luggage to the room. Bed was comfy, shower was clean & custodian people were also friendly. Hotel was quiet & peaceful. The only thing is the waiters from the buffet none of them took care of me while I was seating down. I had to keep asking them for the food I want to order. I made a complain to the restaurant office. They apologized but after that nothing was done. Overall it was a good hotel & I recommend it to anyone who wants a safe & secure place!
Decent option. Clean, located in a safe part of town but not far from the center. A bit overpriced compared to comparable hotels. As others have noted, the towels are scratchy and the front desk staff don't knock themselves out to make you feel welcome. Don't bother with the hotel restaurant, there are other places a block or two away that serve similar food for half the price. It's near a big boulevard (Heroes), but I didn't experience any noise in the room. There's internet and a safe in the room, but no fridge or microwave or coffeemaker. Overall not a bad option for Tijuana.
