Great, friendly and helpful staff! They go out of their way to help. Some hotels are solid in one or two areas, but this one was great all the way around. The restaurant was outstanding and they knew my name and my breakfast order after the first time. If you only know a little Spanish, no problem. Most all of the employees know English well. My wife had surgery while we were there. The staff catered to her and made sure she was comfortable. They even went out and brought her soup from El Rodeo! The sight seeing tours are great too. Ask the guys downstairs to set up a tour with Fransisco! You won't be disappointed.
I’ve stayed here multiple times over the past couple of years. It is a decent hotel and has everything you need such as a restaurant, bar, pool, Gym. Rooms are adequate and very clean. What really stands out about this place is the staff and how they go out of their way for you. I highly recommend if you are in the Tijuana area to stay here.
This is a 4 star business class hotel in Tijuana. It had a nice swimming pool and sundeck area, an executive level with a dining room, complementary drinks and a big restaurant with really quite nice food. Service was great and most of the staff spoke English. There was a big shopping center and movie theater within walking distance along with a number of restaurants. We walked after dark and except for crazy traffic felt perfectly safe. For longer trips they had a complementary shuttle service especially to and from the weight loss clinics. Weight loss surgery is big in Tijuana and I would say there were always 15 or 20 patients with their partners in the hotel. They have a special menu for weight loss people almost all of whom were from the US or Canada. As a tourist I would look elsewhere but for surgery or business this is a nice hotel.…
This is the best place in Tijuana, from Las Vegas Nevada we know great service. Top of the line from the drive up to the check in. The restaurant awesome service. Rooms are clean and comfortable, the bar great to watch football and have cocktails
We have stayed here before so this is a bitter moment. I had other reservations for this place but ended up cancelling moving them to Fairfield Inn in the same City. First, we parking in their parking structure went all the way to the top to avoid getting hit. Well, the elevator was broken. When we made it to the bottom I asked the parking attendant why the elevator wasn’t working and her nonchalant unapologetic response was “it’s been like that” and “I don’t know why”. Second, I vented with one of the staff that opens the door. I said, why don’t your elevator working, I had to carry all this from the top floor. His response was “you should’ve stopped here first” which didn’t sit well with me. In addition, I called ahead of time to verify the pool was heated. The front desk told me That the pool was in fact heated to 80 degrees. I changed my kids into their swimsuits and we went down to enjoy a few hours. Well, the pool is not heated. We ended up just sitting in the jacuzzi. Furthermore, the shower curtain was held in place with pieces of wood wedging. WTH is up with that? Smh. Finally, I requested an ice bucket. 30min later it did not arrive and I had to leave. I called the front desk and reminded them. I asked if they could place the ice in my cooler because I had perishable items. Well, a few hours later when I returned to the room they placed the ice in a bucket on top of a table. Of course it was no longer ice. I had to roll my cooler to the first floor and ask for ice. Which is fine. But just the overall experience wasn’t what I was used to from a Marriott. …
