Worst guest servís ever try to get a room whit my little 2 year old and wife and they denied me and worst part they didn’t try to help me get a cab to head to another place or at least som guidance to a taxi station or some source of taxi information. They just left us out side as u see in the picture. I don’t recommend this place to any one and specially if you got kids and if you don’t now your way around tj!!! NEGATIVE

The location of this hotel is very good, close to the shopping mall and estadio caliente. Staffs are nice and friendly. Room is clean. But it doesn't reach 4 star standard, Wi-Fi was very slow. The noise from outside was kind of loud at night.

We stayed for a week and enjoyed our time there. The staff is very friendly and always willing to help. The rooms were clean and beds very comfortable. The only complaint we had was getting the room cool enough, but it was never hot. Would recommend this to anyone staying there.

First off we went there for a wedding down the street . The hotel staff is terrible !! They have poor customer service . Rooms are horrible , air conditioner does not work . Worst off woke up the next morning with bites all over my legs . I will never ever stay here when I am in TJ again . To top it off parking is limited and I will refuse to park my car on the streets unsecured in Mexico . They need to fumigate there rooms as well . Worst experience in a hotel

Went to this hotel for one night and definitely if you are looking for a nice sleep after a long drive down to Puerto Nuevo this is not the place to stay at. Beds are hard and pillows are paper thin. Customer service is not the greatest because their employees don't care about the customers when you make a small request is hard for them to accomplish and accommodate. Looking at the bright side their pool is always nice and warm that even at night out kids were happy to swim around but remember towels mussssttttt be requested with your hotel key and limited quantity is allowed. So there you have my perspective for this establishment and I do hope that they fix there little problems especially the daddy long legs that come at night to visit inside the room. Till next time.
